I gave them a three star so I could write my review. Normally, I would give them a five star because this is the only subway that I will eat at because they are clean, they always make my sub properly and they are very friendly so overall 10 out of 10 but tonight, I’m very disappointed. Their hours say they’re open till 10 yet they were not. We weren’t feeling well so we sent someone to pick up a couple subs for us just to find out that they were closed. If your hours say you’re open then those hours should be honoured unless of course it’s a holiday which it is not.

So… it was only an online order, but when I popped in to grab it (food was as expected) the couple behind the counter were so friendly. I don’t know if they were actually a couple, but they were pretty adorable. Made me happy… so 5 stars all around.

I was treated very disrespectfuly. The worker behind the counter (brunette female), gave unnecessary attitude upon leaving the rest room. A simple explanation was all that was needed,Yet all I received was attitude. The male worker was nice and explained.

Overall, Subway is a convenient and affordable option for a quick meal. I go here on the regular and its always nice to have a reliable go-to spot for meals. Both workers are very friendly and respectful.

I just want to give a shout out to Connor from Subway at 198 Glenride Ave. I ordered a Southwest Steak and Avocado rice bowl for my husband for lunch. He was very pleasant and friendly. He takes pride in preparing our food. I had mentioned I went to a subway a week ago and had a rice dish and they made it straight in the container. Well I learned today that was the incorrect way. He used the plastic black bowls first to prep everything. Not to many send out positive reviews in this world. So I wanted to send one out to Connor.It was very delicious.

No food received and hung up 4x in a row when I tried to call they would just disconnect the call without answering after I placed a order on the subway app for delivery it showed it was delivered but nothing arrived even though I was charged for it. Called customer service number to be told to email them. Absolutely ridiculous.
