I ordered two meatball subs on white bread with white cheese salt pepper and Parmesan
The girl asked me twice if it was toasted and I told her no twice
Return back to work with my order for myself and a co-worker it was an Italian herb & cheese meatball sub x2 with no white cheese thank God it wasn't toasted or I would have been a little more upset but this is ridiculous when I called to let the worker know that they made a mistake she sounded confused I asked to speak to a manager she said oh I am the manager and then she said oh yeah I made that....
My initial complaint was that there was no cheese on it she started to argue with me that she asked me for cheese and I said yes to white cheese no to toasted two times and then Michael worker mentions and it's on Italian herb and cheese
I came in at approximately 11:22 on January 16th
Not even an apology I had to say typically you say I'm sorry and offer the customer an additional sandwich and or if they're able to come back that you can remake it and she didn't even offer this after I suggested or requested....
I then said can I have the owner call me back and then she said I'll call you back and hungupp
Disgusting service not to mention there are other workers in the back I can hear chatting when I used to the washroom I could hear them through the walls we definitely need to focus customer service is everything especially when we're paying $22 for two sandwiches with meatballs and sauce absolutely ridiculous

I placed an order for delivery and got a stale bun, it was like cardboard and had to literally rip it w my teeth. I wanted to change my meats, noticed there was no button to do so, asked in the comment box and no one changed it for me. It was literally bologna to reg ham meaning no extra charges or anything. When I went to call them MULTIPLE TIMES, no one even picked up and they don’t have a voicemail box.

There is no customer focus. Waited over 10 minutes while staff member was making a large uber eats order instead of helping the customer in front of them. Didn’t change gloves while making like 5 different orders including my own. Very embarrassing for not only the location but the company as well.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Subway sandwich place ever. There was only one choice of bread. We get sub's home to have several long pieces of hair in our subs. Absolutely, disgusting. I will never visit this location ever again.......

This is the worst location of subway that I have ever order from (on Scott st beside churches chickens) 1. Extremely extremely extremely cheap on ingredients. 2. They do not put the requested vegetables online. 3. When u call to complain, they have absolutely no etiquettes, does not listen at all. Says “we put everything” does not hear you out at all. She keeps repeating the same script and does not allow you to speak. 4.finally says “we know you and next time you order we will put everything u ask for” omg really? 5. Will never order from these absolutely cheap people ever, I rather drive to lake st and receive my prior order. I am just appalled at how rude and cheap these scammers are!! They should be forced to shutdown because they are scammers!!!

I usually get a veggie sub that I nicknamed the “Rayway” it has Italian herb and cheese bread toasted with white cheddar cheese, it’s topped inside with pickles, red onions, lettuce, sometimes smashed avocado, green bell peppers, cucumber and Garlic Aioli sauce. It’s my favourite sub and is around 13 dollars and they have never messed it up once. The service is pretty good too and when I had trouble understanding how a type of coupon worked an employee helped me and was very easy to understand when she explained it perfectly. the place is usually pretty quiet and is a good atmosphere for me most customers usually get take out or dine in but it’s almost never all that busy which is perfect if you prefer for not a lot of people around like I do. Overall it’s a 18/20 rating.
