I finally got some time to write this review – a big shoutout to Palak who works at Subway! She is outstanding when it comes to making rice bowls. I have allergies to black olives, and she was so careful and considerate while preparing my order. The presentation of the bowl was amazing – it honestly looked so delicious, I couldn’t wait to dig in! Thank you, Palak, for your attention to detail and for making such a tasty and safe meal for me. Highly recommend her service!

Today I ate my last subway sandwich. I came in during the afternoon, the worker was in the back on their phone and once I started ordering I realized they hadn't replaced any of the bread or produce from overnight - the sandwich was gross.

I typically don’t write negative reviews but I was very disappointed because of my sub order from this location . I usually order from 387 Scott st or 448 welland ave but tonight I ordered 2 subway from this location. The quality of both sub were bad as i attached pics there are hardly any chicken teriyaki plus I requested for grill which was not even done also cheese was not even melted and my sub bun sticked with paper as you can see in pic as well. I'm hoping you'll take this feedback and make improvements.

Subs were over toast3d so they wer3 super hard. The diet Pepsi was out of syrup. The guy working was nice and gave us a bottle to replace the fountain drink, but I only ate half my sub and picked the stuff out of the bread it's small inside only 1 table if you are looking to eat there don't being a large group (ie: team).

I didn’t get lettuce and bell peppers for my sandwich moreover they apply less amount of sauces. Sorry,but to be honest I never had my sub taste this bad before
