I ordered for pickup at around 9:11 and pickup time was 9:30 I arrived at 9:43, guy the came made two sandwiches, helped another customer and then went in the back and was very rude, said I don't have cheese bread you'll only get 5 cheese breads, didn't even say sorry or anything.

To think this place thinks it's okay to serve rotten lettuce and 95 percent of the rest of the topping rotten is wild. When I asked for fresh lettuce that wasn't brown the response was ya but the new bag looks the same is even worse. The kid working was nice and great employee as usual, but who ever runs this place clearly could less about the quality of food.

Just walked in. It's 9:40 am. The door says they open at 9. Door is unlocked. The employee looks at me "we're not open". Why is the door unlocked then?

Walked in and stood in the empty order area for about 3-4 minutes waiting for an employee to come from the back. He looked at me while talking on the phone. He then ignored me for another couple of minutes. That's when I decided I was going elsewhere and walked out. I realized I'd be better off going to a non chain sub place. I got better service and way better price and way better food. Go support the small guys and let this place tank itself. Will not return nor recommend.

Second time I've walked in and walked right back out, no bread was baked for the morning.. it was 12:30 and they have absolutely no Italian herb and cheese, had 1 Italian, 1 whole wheat and flat bread... Asked how long and she told me would well over 50 mins. This location is a joke.. both times it was the same lady working.. and having worked at a subway location for 3 years there is no excuse for you to run out of bread ever!

The food is always fresh. The store is very clean, and well kept. The food handler, wore gloves and was really well groomed. Our food was handled with care, and well prepared. The toppings were really nice, and excellent quality. The prices, are still really good! Which is a relief, these days!

DON’T ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered from this subway today around 4 pm, the food got to me and it was absolutely dry. I ordered the sub with 5 sauces and they did not put any on it. When I called the restaurant, the lady on the phone argued with me saying I made your sub and I put sauces in it and then she disrespectfully says maybe you should taste the sub and see it for yourself. I mean this is just ridiculous, worst experience ever, I have never had such a bad experience with subway. I will never order from here even if its for free.

Worst service of all time, plus frozen produce. Debit machine goes down just before I walk in, she sends gut yo gas station for cash. Then she tell me cash only, I said that's fine. Insted of you know serving the line up she decides to take bread out of the oven, restock, do what ever for the several minutes the other customer took to get cash. I was there and had what you requested. Poor service, walked out never got asked what I wanted.

My food was absolutely disgusting I will never order from this location again I never have gotten mold/bad food ever yet the cucumbers and bacon were moldy I didn’t notice until four bites in considering I’m literally carrying a CHILD that’s very dangerous and I as well as my child could get sick . Shame on you !!

I ordered the steak and cheese and it was the best sub I have had in a very long time I have been to this location twice and both times the sub was amazing last time it was the meatball but the only thing that upset me was it was so busy that I stood in line for 35 minutes but it wasn't the guy's fault it was three people in the store already waiting in line and a huge family walk in the door right before me so there was a lot of people but that is my only complaint with this place the food is good and it was really clean and the vegetables actually looked fresh like they were just cut other than the lettuce but what do you expect lol
Wheelchair accessibility: It is not really wheelchair accessible there is a ramp for the walkway but it's got a huge lip on it and the door is pretty heavy and there's a huge lip on the doorway as well so it is accessible but it won't be easy
