I was there yesterday August 23rd. I was there with my wife and son. We all ordered our drinks and food. When the drinks came the waitress forgot my coffee, I sat there until the meal came without a coffee. Also the waitress was rude. When the orders came to the table and we started eating I found hairs in my bacon and eggs and my pancakes. I used to come to this place all the time but looks like it's going downhill won't be returning ever again. By the way the waitress's name was Chris I visited the Fairview mall location.

Don't order takeout from this location, home fries were under cooked, bacon overcooked, sausages are burned on one side. disappointing quality. We ordered peameal eggs benny, came with regular bacon, wont order from here again.

Christina was an excellent server, she made recommendations and answered all our questions about the menu. Food was excellent and arrived timely. We were very happy with the meal and service.

I was very impressed with the service Sabrina provided. She is pleasant, considerate, and hard working. I would come back for her sake alone. Oh, I can’t forget Rachel, the ‘Lady in the Kitchen’. She is back there ‘Slaving’ over a hot stove, putting smiles on people’s faces, one customer at a time. She too is to be commended! My ‘rye toast’ was perfect. I ordered a side of Guacamole, which was fresh and creamy. I made my own ‘Guacamole toast’ for one third the price of some snooty ‘artisan’ style cafe’.

Im not a breakfast person but my job provides us meals, and when we start early, its breakfast from here. I always get the breakfast poutine. It is so good! My son also works w me and it is our go to. We ordered from a different location once and it was so disappointing compared to here! The staff is very sweet when we pick up the order as well. Figured I would show some appreciation and post a review. Ever since we had a different place to compare it to, my son and I appreciate this location even more lol

Ordered 1 pancake, 1 French toast, eggs Benny.. they told me to pick up in 7 min.. went there 10-15min later and they had jusr started my order..found out later why I paid 65 dollars for what I ordered...they gave me a stack of 3 pancakes and they messed up my Benny order adding guacamole which I didnt want, luckily I never left the parking lot and ran in to remake it.
Service was ok. They seemed to have difficulty reading reciept and putting a simple 3 order food in the bag lol..
When I came home and we opened everything up realizing I got and paid for extra pancakes my eggs Benny potatoes were not cooked and food just looked sad..

this is my first 1 star review out of hundreds i’ve given. Dee the owner served me! I asked her four times for a water before i got one, when there were only 4 tables total in the restaurant, one of them being billed. I hate to leave a bad review as i’m in the restaurant industry myself, but wow, perfect example of service i wouldn’t give! Just awful! The other server looked like she wanted to die, so miserable to be in the environment working alongside Dee. When I got up to pay she was scrambling around moving things from one fridge to another yelling at the cook that head office was coming in and ordering him to do things. Just such a mess, has no idea! Such a shame! Will never return! 0/10 recommend!
