I probably hit this place once a week for breakfast. I love it. The service is great. The food is great. It’s fast it’s friendly. What else could you want? I highly recommend!

I ordered California egg’s Benedict. I got fried eggs, guacamole out of a squeeze bottle and hollandaise you add water to. We were for 45 minutes and had one cup of coffee asked for more. Was told they’re making more. Went to pay and the one pot was sitting there. We were there at 900. Service was bad DO not go here. Sunset needs to revoke this place. The one on the western hill side is great.

My wife and I had a table of two but we had the big breakfast instead of accommodating us with a bigger table we sat at the small one had to move the all the condiments on the ledge hoping it won't fall. Meanwhile the guy behind us was by himself for table for 4 . My wife ordered scrambled eggs with bacon they brought her over easy with bacon . My order was right by the home fries were inedible they were black how in the world would you serve it to a guest. $3.50 for a 2oz cup of strawberries & $2.50 2oz cup of whip cream sorry no thank you! I know the server was new but yeah not trained properly. My wife was right as always we should have went A&W their breakfast is way better and half the price .?

Getting the order wrong is fine , they can just re do your food if you have time to wait. However, serving burnt home fries, burnt pancake , dried burnt bacon on 3 occasions is not good at all. (First 2 plates plus 1 redo plate). There has to be quality food control during service.

Went there this morning (Jul 13th). Got inside where there's a big "wait to be seated" sign. It took 5 minutes for someone to tell us to sit anywhere, which we then did.
We waited for about another 15 minutes for someone to come serve us, but nobody came. Servers just decided the 3 tables that arrived after us should be served first, so we politely left the place.
Wouldn't return and wouldn't recommend it. Unfortunately, I can not review the food.

Please don’t spend your hard earned dollars in this Restaurant!! Please think long and hard about this

06/16/2024, Went to get breakfast, Waited 10 minutes just to get coffee she took my simple order waited another 20 minutes still no food, 20 people, 3 waitresses, Poorest service in the Region and I would NEVER go back again even if it was free, Owner could care less due to low IQ in the restaurant business but that's ok, Wimpy's or Stacked will gladly serve me and take my money and I'll be out in half an hour, BYE BYE poor service grill, YOU SUCK!

Got there at 1:30pm today. Got menus and asked for waters. Left just before 2pm without waters being brought or order taken.
There were 2 other tables occupied in the restaurant.

I went in the morning today around 11:30 am, the place was a mess as well as the waiter was very rude, I ordered the chocolate pancakes, they were not cooked properly and were either sweet or salty from some side, not a good experience. As well as I told the employee, she didn’t gave any refund and nothing.

The service was decent enough considering there was one server for an entire restaurant full of people but the food was god awful. I ordered an omelette that was BURNT. It was all brown and every single vegetable inside was black. Burnt to a crisp. I work in a breakfast restaurant and we would never serve something that looks like that. It goes to show you they just didn’t care. My husband said his Monte Crisco sandwich was just gross too. $55 for a very unsatisfying lunch.

Worst meal ever. Waited way too long for our order. The ceasar salad had no bacon. When I complained they put two strips of bacon on top. Charged me extra. Chicken was so dry and hard to cut. Lettuce pieces were iceberg lettuce not romaine. And pieces were huge. Had to cut it all up. Worst overpriced salad ever. My husband’s meal was burnt and super greasy. I would advise giving this place a hard miss.

Waitress kept trying to upsell us and her approach was kind of pushy. Made my son feel so uncomfortable that he said "well, never going there again".
