If I could give a zero-star review, I would. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the experience was extremely disappointing. Our server repeatedly interrupted us while we were speaking, brought the wrong food to the table, and then insisted it was what I had ordered. I explained that I cannot eat certain items due to having no teeth, yet the dish was still served with hard, unchewable bacon.

When I went to pay so we could simply leave, the server continued to argue with me despite my repeated requests to just settle the bill. I have never withheld a tip before, even with less-than-ideal service, but this experience was the exception.

I will not be returning.

We decided to go for lunch here, honestly from the restaurant view it was nice however the server could have been a nicer. we ordered our food and she had an attitude to start with which isn’t a great way of getting a good tip or inviting customers to come back. The food was horrible! the taters were hard and cold, the burger i had was so hot that it burnt my mouth, a burger shouldn’t be that hot even after 20 mins. The ham was not cooked properly and my mother felt so sick after. I can’t believe it was $50.00 for that. I’d rather go to the Golden Grill for breakfast or lunch. Please do not eat here. The only good thing I can give is that the presentation was nice.

We had the worst experience we ended up leaving before ordering. The server was extremely rude and only wanted to make her senior clientele happy- she obviously didn’t want to serve a family with a young toddler. We used to come here but will never return.

Service was slow, my wife ordered a BLT, on the menu it says topped with mayo, the BLT that was brought to the table did not have mayo on it, nor did it even have it on the side. By the time we could get the servers attention the bacon was cold and the bread was oddly hard/stale. And my meal was already halfway done.

The home fries were undercooked and tasted like they came from a can. The onions on the home fries were also severely undercooked.

My eggs Benedict also did not have chives on it like the menu says.

We will not be returning.

The owner/manager here was horrible. Firstly she argued with me about the doneness of my eggs. Wanted medium and they were hard. It was not a comfortable exchange to get new plates. She treated her wait staff very poorly in front of customers. There was no need to call out our server for not having her tablet in front of us as she was taking our order. My husband and I both wondered why this breakfast place was so empty. Most places at this time on a Sunday are very busy. I understand why now. We will not come back. See photo. Empty at 10:30am on a Sunday. Michelle our server was very nice. We felt sorry for her. Skip this place and skip in over to Pur and Simple. This would never happen there.

Great good, great prices, amazing service, and wonderful staff! Dee goes the extra mile to greet her customers and put a smile on their faces!

Coffee comes in a tiny cup (2–3 sips). I waved for a refill for 15–20 minutes—ignored. Took my cup to the waiter; told to wait at my table. No one came. Finished pancakes dry. Took another 5 minutes just to get the bill. Offered a to‑go coffee, but too late. Staff need training to be more attentive.

We had an excellent breakfast here, one of the best I’ve ever had. Sabrina was our server and she was magnificent. Huge attention to detail, super kind and friendly, and everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

I was there yesterday August 23rd. I was there with my wife and son. We all ordered our drinks and food. When the drinks came the waitress forgot my coffee, I sat there until the meal came without a coffee. Also the waitress was rude. When the orders came to the table and we started eating I found hairs in my bacon and eggs and my pancakes. I used to come to this place all the time but looks like it's going downhill won't be returning ever again. By the way the waitress's name was Chris I visited the Fairview mall location.

Don't order takeout from this location, home fries were under cooked, bacon overcooked, sausages are burned on one side. disappointing quality. We ordered peameal eggs benny, came with regular bacon, wont order from here again.
