I come here get breakfast all the time when I'm in Saint Catharines. The food and service is excellent! As soon as I walk in, Chef Rachel remembers my order, and how I like it packaged, and makes it for me perfectly every time! 👌

Passing by St. Catherine’s and stopped by for breakfast. It took them unusually long to pass by and take our order. The lady that served us was really nice, no issues with service in that regard just felt like the service in general was really slow. We ordered an additional order of toast and again it took so long that we just cancelled it, lady was very nice and said that they were still making them, I mean, it’s toast, but whatever. Just beware that service here while friendly it is slow.

I ordered the apple Cinnabon pancakes and a Bailey coffee, there was no apple and it tasted plain, the coffee was weak not tasteful. Some of the servers were unpleasant but Chell was a nice touch to the team she was pleasant.

Went to the grill today. Our server, Sabrina was lovely, kind and we had a very good experience at the restaurant.

Each time I’ve gone for breakfast, the food has taken forever. 3 of us arrived at 9:30am and we didn’t get our small/basic breakfasts until 10:40am. I had my toddler with us and he was getting frustrated sitting for so long. I will not be going back to this location. The waitress was very nice but the amount of time to cook our meals was shocking. Other tables were being served before us and then they only brought 2 out of 3 plates to us. We didn’t end up getting out of there until after 11.

Reporting live from the scene. Server was nice enough but the tables, and I mean every single one, is dirty. We’ve been sat for over an hour and not a single one has been cleaned. They brought out the wrong size of champagne but was reluctant to discount the mis-advertised, which they didn’t. Overall, the place is gross, the food was mid and the manager does not seem accountable.

Sat there and waiting till 7am to have breakfast. No one showed up until exactly 7am. Service workers are paid to be at work a half hour early to have everything ready for customers that may be waiting to get in.

If I could give a zero-star review, I would. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the experience was extremely disappointing. Our server repeatedly interrupted us while we were speaking, brought the wrong food to the table, and then insisted it was what I had ordered. I explained that I cannot eat certain items due to having no teeth, yet the dish was still served with hard, unchewable bacon.

When I went to pay so we could simply leave, the server continued to argue with me despite my repeated requests to just settle the bill. I have never withheld a tip before, even with less-than-ideal service, but this experience was the exception.

I will not be returning.
