Brought my team of 12 here for a quarterly lunch. Great sushi. service was fantastic—they handled our large group with ease.

Fried food is nasty, waiter gave herself a tip. she did not deserve it.

It is all you can eat for a set price, but instead of a buffet which can get iffy, you are given a tablet to order what you would like and they bring them to your table. Beverages besides water are extra but not expensive at all. The food was delicious, and it was very easy to get the full value of the price paid (compared to similar items in a la carte restaurants). Would definitely go back.

I went to this restaurant today with my family and friends for the all-you-can-eat, and it was a very disappointing experience. The service was terrible – the staff were rude and unprofessional when speaking to us. If you ask for a drink refill, they take your same glass and just pour more into it instead of giving you a clean one, which feels very unhygienic.

On top of that, the ladies’ washroom was in awful condition – two of the stalls didn’t even have locks on the doors, which is completely unacceptable for a restaurant.

Overall, this place is dirty, poorly managed. I would not recommend it to anyone.

We have a bad experience last night dining in this shop. We came there cuz the shop highlighted all you can eat embracing salmon sashimi. However, after one round of order delivery, the following rounds were extremely delayed and only a few pieces of Salmon sashimi were given at a time in an unfriendly manner. We have just wondered what happened ???
Upon bill checking moment, a Chinese lady spoke to us if we'd like to focus on Salmon sashimi during dining next time, she told us NOT to come back because they didn't have much stock everyday and clients supposed only to take few pieces per each table !

We paid at their regular dinner rate without any discount and we found some dishes were actually offered with limits. They should announce that explicitly in the menu but not end up in a tricky fool at the end.

For those who like sashimi should think about it among other providers. We will prefer to dine in other shops around Niagara region next time.

I've never been let down by the quality of the sushi from this place before now, which is why it's hard to say I am utterly disappointed by my most recent order. Both the rolls I ordered had rock hard, underripe avocado in them. I feel like was just kind of lazy, as this would have been easy to detect and avoid putting in to someone's food just by feeling the avocado while it was being cut. They could have just used a different avocado. Really frustrated by this because now I have inedible food, and I have no way of getting a refund for it because this is not something that was caused by the delivery service I used, but by the restaurant itself, so they can't do anything. I hope Sushi Paradise does better next time, because now I'm hesitant to spend my money here again.

Went there for a food delivery pickup for uber, staff was super rude and had very bad interaction. They act like I am snatching food from them. Worst staff.
