Kate was our server and she was fabulous! Almost instantly she made us feel welcomed with her friendly and warm disposition. The food was delicious and hot as always. She refilled our drinks without us asking. Kate checked in with us several times to ensure our meal experience was good. We’ll be back and ask for Kate to be our server. Excellent food and service!

I don’t go to Swiss Chalet often so the contrast from last time I visited was very obvious. This was so terrible It was comical. More breading than chicken, the garlic loaf I ordered as a starter was still cool between the slices. I won’t be running back anytime soon. Our waitress was amazing though! Wonderful staff.

Went for dinner at 5:20 and told our server Kate we had a movie at 6:45 and we were on a crunch for time. She was super friendly, quick and efficient. She was constantly on it with replenishing our drinks and was READY with the bill for us when we neared our movie time. Sitting in Kate’s section every-time we come now. Thanks Kate!!
