I went to get 3 quarter chicken dishes. I waited up to 40 minutes for my dinner. There was a manager behind the counter, shorter girl with glasses who spoke disgustingly to the employees. she was yelling at someone in the kitchen telling him to go home because he was slamming dishes and they were swearing back-and-forth at each other when they were kids in the waiting room not only have I never waited so long for takeout, but maybe if she wasn’t yelling at the people that she was supposed to be managing the food would’ve come out faster so she wasn’t managing anything very well time and employees. I will never go to That Swiss chalet again and I’ll be telling others to do the same

this is there mac n cheese… looks different in their advertisements, this is just buttered noodles with sprinkles of shredded cheese and bread crumbs. it’s an extra 1.99 up charge too for garbage. disappointed

Super disappointed, pre ordered on app only to arrive and wait over 15 mins because only one person was in the area and struggling to take an order. I watched my food go in the bag on the counter when I arrived. After the 15 mins when the person finished taking the order they then disappeared into the back leaving 4 people who already ordered on the app just waiting for 5 mins. After 20 mins I get my order, get to the car and do a quick check and I instantly realize my soup is missing. Got all the way home and find my chalet sauce is also missing. So now I have semi warm food and have to go all the way back for something necessary to enjoy my dinner.
