The staff are always friendly and fast with their service. You get exactly what you'd expect from a reputable Thai express.

RUDE STAFF. I work at the pen centre I used to buy from this place quite often. I don’t know what happened but one day all of a sudden they started to be rude. The first time they gave me bad looks and talk to me on a bad way I didn’t make it as a big deal since I understand people can have bad days but the second time I went there the same big asian guy was rude because I asked for my employee discount, took my card from me and told me that I wasn’t gonna be able to use my card for next time because I broke the rule (I just had asked for the discount) I spoke up and got my card back, then he went hide in the back (he knew that what he was doing was wrong) anyways there’s no sense in being rude to the costumers when you’re literally working on a costumer service job. (They have also messed up my orders in the past). Never had issues before until I started buying when the big guy was there and I know I’m not the only one with complains about him. I hope they address the issue.

4:40pm on Sunday and was refused service as well as the three people behind me. Staff said kitchen is closed. There was 20 minutes left of operating hours. I can understanding shutting things down 5 minutes early but 20 is excessive. They lost out on about $80 as they turned away four people.

Absolutely terrible, they got new staff and the food became terrible, i order general thai mango and the worker, completely soaked my rice in sauce it was literally soup i couldn’t even see the rice, when i first opened the box it was just sauce everywhere it literally looked like water, they wouldn’t give a refund or remake it

Thought I’d leave a good review, as the food and service is very good, but they seem to currently be very broke, as they’re going as far as to start charging 25 cents per utensil for non customers, and don’t even offer you bags anymore unless you ask for them.

Good comfort food, lots of customizable options, and friendly staff, and everything is fresh and made to order. My favourite is the number 2 Thai Soup, though the Tom Yum is also pretty good.

The food is good but i don't understand why they never have some of the food items despite them being on the menu.

Food and service was amazing. But sad to hear. Was asked not to tip as the owner keeps the tips and DOES NOT go the the workers on the front line serving customers. Embarrassing

Create customer service. Ethan was very patient when ordering.cooking environment looks clean, produce fresh.

The food is so good, they served it while it's hot. I missed the pad thai and the pandan drink, also the staffs are friendly
