Food is decent. The kitchen is far from it. Just standing at the counter waiting for my order I found 10 different areas they don't clean because they were built up of grease/dirt. It was pretty gross to see once I noticed it all. Take a day and clean your location top to bottom, is that so difficult?

OK. I've tried this Thai Express at the Pen Centre three times. It's flavourless, burnt tasting and last time they gave me old dried rice. I've gone with appetite, so you'd think that would help. Nope. I've been chasing the Thai Express dragon since Thai Express at Mississauga rd in Brampton. Best I've had ever during many visits working near there! That was several years ago. This a double shame on me point now... lolMy disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

We have never been so disrespected anywhere in this country as the manager of this restaurant has just done. We have always been customers of Thai Xpress and this is the first time this has happened. Just by asking her to give us the correct order, this lady lost her mind and began to disrespect my wife and scream like crazy in a way that we couldn't believe. We just asked her to calm down (she probably hadn't had a good day). But she became even more upset and she was threatening to call security (which I wish she would have done )I respectfully asked her to give me my money back then, to which she agreed by throwing some coins on the counter, after having paid her by card. It is really unfortunate that a person reaches such a level of disrespect towards others. Goodbye Thai Express.#karenmanager

This was the most revolting lunch I have ever received. It was quite literally inedible.When I got back to my car, I was overwhelmed with this terrible smell. To be honest it smelled like foul meat which is wild because the order was vegetarian. The green curry sauce itself was just watery and grey in color which was super unappealing. With the exception of the overcooked eggplant, the vegetables were not cooked, broccoli was basically raw.The soup I got for my son consistented of overwhelmingly undercooked vegetables in broth. He did eat his spring roll, thank goodness.There was no line, there was no rush. This meal had every opportunity to be prepared properly.I didn't have any time to bring it back and we ended up having to throw it out which was such a terrible waste of food, money and time. We pretty much paid $36 for a spring roll.Shame on you Thai Express, do better.

Me and my friend ended up eating here in the mall around noon, he ended up getting the Imperial rolls and I ended up getting the Pad thai with chicken. My friend and I said only a couple hours after eating that we were starting to feel ill and we didn't think much of it. We both ended getting sick from the food from here (Diarrhea, puking, the works). The workers there were extremely nice but If the food is making you this sick, there's something wrong with the preparation or the length it has been out. Do better

I observed that my chicken pad Thai had a significant amount of a liquid resembling white vinegar poured over it for about 5 seconds. Initially, I assumed it was water used to soften the pad Thai noodles. However, the dish ended up being excessively sour, with an abundance of sauce dripping while eating. As I reached the bottom part of the food box, I realized that it was excessively salty.

I don't have much to say about this place. Is it even Thai Express or are you just using their branding? Nothing here compares the the Thai express on 4th st. Just see my photo... i ordered the general thiracha... the chicken is cheap and doughy not crunchy like it's supposed to be, sauce waaay different and just gross, poor quality ingredients and the recipes are not the same as the franchise were all used to. Just call this place something else because it's not Thai express.... on top of that the service is grim just like the flavour of the food. Plus pink chicken... very tasty if you like food poisoning.Usually I'd leave the review off right here but I feel like I got swindled for $20 bucks from this nasty wish version of general thiracha from this bootleg Thai express.... honestly wish I just went to 4th street... again this is not Thai express... no way, the product is too different from the rest of the locations I been to. We ordered 1 chicken Padi $13.68, and 1 beef padi Thai $13.98. Total $34.65 with tax, from the posted plate pictures. What I received was a take out box fill with gristle beef and a thick gue. Not Padi noodles. Glass noodles and bean sprouts. We picked the pictures with plates with rice and Padi and nice looking meat. I brought back the boxes and showed them the large chunks of gristle. This is the worst food I have every had out of the Pen Centre. They do not deserve to be in this Mall. The meals were pre made sitting in stacked bowls on an unrefridgerated counter space next to the stove. Tricking customers with bad food cuts and short changing them on the promised ingredients is fraud. While they brought me my money back to the table where I was sitting. Used to be our favourite place to eat, but for some reason it's degrading in the sense of food quality. Last week my wife ordered curry Thai with tofu (to go), later at home found none of it (tofu). Today ordered curry Thai one with chicken, another -tofu, turned out - no gravy/sauce added, rice was completely dry.Forgot to mention: this time - eggplants were missed in both orders (usually common ingredient)I would advise the owner of this place have a look at these issues.I believe they'd lost a couple of customers.Cheers

Couldnt get any food because they close way before the mall closesI have tried a few times to get food at 530 and they are always closing.They are losing customers at that time in a Saturday. Today there was 3 other people asking and looking for food too. If the mall is open they should be open too

I was at the Pen Centre location today ..waiting for my order...the guy cooking sneezes twice into his hands and then proceeds to keep coooking and not wash his hands...then he clearly has a runny nose,then wipes it with his hands and touches the take out container hes working on again without cleaning his hands..needless to say i got a refund. Disgusting!
