I ordered a smash cake, cupcakes, and cake pops for my daughter’s 1st birthday and I couldn’t be happier! Everything turned out exactly how I envisioned — absolutely beautiful and perfectly matched the theme. Not only did they look amazing, but they tasted incredible too (which isn’t always the case with pretty desserts!). Our guests loved them, and the smash cake was such a special touch. Trudy was also such a pleasure to work with while we figured out all the details. She accommodated even my last minute asks. Thank you for helping make our little girl’s first birthday so memorable! I placed an order with The Frosted Cupcake over the phone well in advance for a birthday celebration, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was shocked to find that the cupcakes hadn’t been made. The staff member I spoke with was dismissive, saying, “I was away and didn’t take your order, so I can’t help you.” They mentioned texting the boss, but no action was taken, and I wasn’t even offered an apology. This experience left me deeply disappointed and scrambling to find a nut-free, vegetarian replacement on extremely short notice. Sadly, this will be the last time I order from this business.

We were visiting Niagara Falls from the US and came across this bakery recommended in an allergy FB group, so decided to make the short trip from Niagara Falls to visit! I'm very glad we did. My child with allergies to all nuts was able to choose any cupcake she wanted and that is a rare treat for her. All my questions were answered well, and all the varieties we got were delicious too!
