The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - St. Catharines

We've been to this Keg numerous times and the service is always top notch and today was up to their high standard. Service was efficient and our waitress was excellent. My teriyaki steak was very tough, hard to cut and just not up to standard. My husbands steak was perfect. We will return 👍🏻

Although the food was certainly up to the high quality that we have always received with the Keg, unfortunately the service we expected, as we have experienced in years past, was sadly lacking. After we were seated, for our 4:30 reservation, our server disappeared . We did not get water, bread or place a drink order for an uncomfortable amount of time. Then a drink order, placed during dinner, never came.

Always a good experience as while family can enjoy something great from the menu. Raspberry sorbet was exceptional! Was a late seating but still took a long time for food. Server was awesome. Kitchen needs a kick in the pants.

We come here every July 4 for our anniversary ! The food is always great and the service excellent every time See you next year for our 39 th🤮

Cole was our waiter he was amazing. I love how he asked about food allergies and double checked everything we ordered. The food was amazing we will definitely be back.

We four went for a 2 persons birthday party. May 25th. One dinner was totally screwed up, wow, we were all finished eating by the time their meal came to correction. But l didn't complain about my order. Ordered a 10oz prime rib dinner. I received a less than 8oz pc of meat 1/4 inch thick with so much sinue it was disappointing , couldn't chew, too thin and a very big disappointment. The waitress was amazing, but with so many difficulties I didn't say anything about my meal. May make my decision to return difficult .

The manager i think her name is Ashley(?) and our server Gary were AMAZING. Wonderful communication you can tell this place prioritizes their guests and their needs. 10/10 would recommend this specific location for any celebration

We were in the area for my son’s tournament, and decided to visit The Keg.
Julie was our server and was absolutely wonderful. The food was amazing, and the atmosphere was great. Will definitely be back when we are in the area next.

Best Keg location ever. Thanks to it's unique building. This location and The Keg Mansion are two of my favs to visit depending on which area I'm in. The food is delicious, staff is friendly and efficient and the food is delicious! (Did I say that already?)

Always worth it

April 26th family dinner at The Keg with one of my sons, my daughter in law and grandsons. We had an amazing time.

Very delicious dinner, great selection, drinks, atmosphere, beautiful inside with gorgeous leather seating, bar seating, table seating, lounge.

Tiana, wait staff, was very attentive, and personable. She brought carrots, cucumbers with dip for my grandsons to have before mains. They didn’t want an app but were hungry. Tiana didn’t charge us for that. So sweet. My grandsons had steak with fries. They enjoyed their meal. They both had ice cream with chocolate drizzle for dessert. Yum!!!

I had calamari with 2 very delicious dips. The presentation needs to be better, regardless the calamari was perfectly done. My Caesar was excellent, one of the best. I had a latte with Crème Brûlée for dessert. I’ve never had Crème Brûlée it was delicious!!!!

My son and daughter-in-law had appetizers then steaks for their main. Perfectly done steaks and delicious appetizers.

Went there on my birthday (may 23), I made reservations, which I highly recommend! Because it was packed I got a 6oz Sirloin steak with a side of mashed potatoes ab green beans 😋 it was delicious
