Best place for my natural needs.
I used to shop here, years ago, when I was attending Brock. Now moved to Niagara and won't go anywhere else. Went in for some supplements and was helped by Xenia (?). Super knowledgeable. Store is well stocked with quality products. Prices seem reasonable. Will share this gem with friends and will definitely return.

Pretty good! I like buying their water buffalo milk, yogurt starter culture, and various types of flour. Some of their produce is sourced locally, which is nice too. I wish they were bigger and had slightly more variety when it comes to groceries.
Store items are ok. I only shop here occasionally, even though I am walking distance from it, for stuff I can't find elsewhere.
The vibe in the store is pressing, with narrow aisles. I always seem to be facing someone too close for my comfort, or need to move awkwardly just to navigate around the shelves and to the cash register.
I reluctantly shop at this store.

First time user and wow what a difference this product makes. Doesn't even compare to the rest. I can actually say I Love this!!!!
Staff is always so knowledgeable! They're my go-to when I can't get a fast enough appointment with my naturopath, but I often find that they're low on inventory and I have to wait for a shipment to come in
