We frequently order delivery from The Works. We have a daughter with Celiac disease and we appreciate the dedicated fryer and the gluten free burgers and buns. However, more often than not the order is missing something, the amount of fries is inconsistent, sometimes cold, and sometimes you can tell they gave us the old fries. It feels like the delivery orders are not valued in the same way as in house customers, the price does not reflect this. We ordered tonight and we were missing an item, again. They will reimburse but I ordered it because I wanted it. If it only happened once and a while I would not write a review. It happens too often.

Was a regular for a while till i noticed i started getting less and less as my side and getting very soggy uncooked fries. Burgers are cold and different then they used to be. I would say they sell 15$ burgers not 25 $ burgers. You should change your pricing.

Great place for a gluten free burger , the bun stays together , the owner and staff and very knowledgeable on gluten free options and actually buy GF ingredients to make more items available as GF. Nigel was fantastic and the owner was very friendly. Highly recommend!

Nigel was a fantastic server and he was considerate of our kid's disabilities. The food is so delicious and the portions are reasonable. Never ending fries is a brilliant extra.

This place has changed. I used to order from the all the time but since they got rid of the Nacho Libre burger I haven't ordered in months. Just bought a burger from them on Uber Eats and the food is honestly DISGUSTING now. They have added this disgusting seasoning to their spicy dye cut chips and their burgers now taste like the ones you buy frozen at the store. They are very larger patties but the taste has DRASTICALLY changed. I couldn't finish the burger or the chips. I don't know if they changed owners but this is definitely not worth paying $30 for. You should go back to they way you used to be.

Came for lunch and ordered the John Candy Smash Burger. It was so good, candied bacon with peameal bacon, crispy onions and bbq sauce.
Our server Shaelynne was friendly and knowledge about the menu.
Will definitely be returning.
