The worst Pad Thai I've ever had.

Why bother being featured on Uber eats if you're just gonna cancel the order. Poor excuse of a business.

The flavours are great, loved the octopus balls but the order was messed up. Which is fine. I just asked for a refund on the missing item, plus I figured since it was so late, I couldn’t complain. BUT since then I’ve tried to order and every time the order is cancelled or not completed for whatever reason. It’s too bad because I was really trying to give it another chance.

Service & atmosphere compliment a dine in or take out experience, they do not make it.

It's the food. And suffice to say with a 1 star rating, the food is not something you want to eat for any meal.

The portions are mediocre, but the serving of meat provided with any given dish is scarce.

Noodle & rice dishes are extremely bland in both flavor & color.

The soup that comes with many of the menu items is lacking any flavour other than a crazy amount of salt & bitter broth.

The prices are not appropriate, given the mediocre to sub-par portions, and poor quality food.

1 star, do not recommend.
I have never rated somewhere unless it was overly positive, leaving a 5 star review, but the two dinners I ordered here, weeks apart. warranted a single star.

ordered general thai chicken.. it was very dry, sauce and flavorless.. first time trying.. wont be back. Thank goodness for refunds.

Disappointed. We order from Uber East I wish l would have check Google review first. Orders Genel Thai Chicken so fry, not tasty and there is no chicken? ( what is this really!!?!), fries ( SO oily ) and Sotteok Sotteok, this was the only thing l liked. DO NOT order from this restaurant :(

Between inflation of their menu prices and shrinkflation of the amount of food they provide, you pay 4x more than you would've 3-4 years ago (at least for the spicy chicken combo). The overall rate of inflation in that time period has been maybe 60-90% (it's been closer to 35% generally, but restaurant costs have seen greater increases in cooking oil, labor, etc.), however this place seems to think they can get away with a 400% overcorrection.In that timeframe, the quality has also gone extremely downhill. I gave it one last chance recently and I will not be returning again. Pay twice as much, get half the food, and it tastes *nothing* like it did when the Pen Centre location first opened? No thanks.

I have ordered from uncles A LOT. At least once a week. So sage to say there is something that bring me back, and back and back. But literally every time I order, there is something ridiculously wrong. I ordered pork dumplings once, and one had shrimp inside !!! (So dangerous). The fried chicken is good. Tonight I used Uber eats because they had buy one get one in general Thai chicken. I’ve had this dish a few times. They clearly took one order of chicken and divided it into two. This is annoying because we expected to have enough food because we know the size of the dish. And we didn’t. It’s also rude because Uber pays for the free dish. It is not a loss to the restaurant. They did this on a previous buy one get one chicken wing order so honestly, I sorta of expected it from them. Safe to say, I finally have decided to move on from uncles.

Feeling really disappointed about the food here. I ordered 3 drinks, but they only gave me 2 and gave me a side of spring rolls when I didn’t order it. And the smell of chicken whole wings is really bad, too small and very expensive eventhough i already asked the cashier about the deal buy 1 get 1 but we just god 4 pcs like that picture. This meal was not deserved with the money I spent .really really disappointed, never come back again

As soon as I entered the lady asked me if I came to pickup Uber order.. lol korean being racist. Plus, 0 customer service..

I got takeout food and the wait was longer than expected. The staff was busy with orders and my food had been delayed because of it. Instead of me getting agitated, I decided to just wait it out. To my pleasant surprise the cook came out, apologized, offered drinks to myself and my roommate. Not only that, they also gave me some extra food because of my wait. The staff and food were fantastic, I would suggest this to anyone in the area looking for some great korean food!!

$12 for thin chicken tenders thrown into a box way too big with no sides, and forgot my sauce. Twelve bucks for 3 loose chicken strips. Taped the box shut, had to destroy the lid to open it. Bizarre experience.
