Zero stars if I could. No scrambled egg - understandable. Told us to drive up when I wasn’t even done ordering yet(could have asked if there’s anything else). It’s morning I understand the rush but customer service shouldn’t be like this. Drove up and guess what our latte was hot when we specified it to be iced and gave us one wrap when we ordered two. Lady seemed frustrated that she had to punch in another order for another charge of a wrap. Things could be easier if they not trying to rush things especially taking people’s order which is a vital part in food service.

The indian lady who claims she is a supervisor who works in the evenings / night is very rude. She proudly states that she has been here for 10+ years but has no manners… she should be fired or re trained. 0/10 do no go to this time hortons. Horrible experience.

Ordered on the app and didn’t notice it was reusable-cup only
Then a white female mid age employee at the drive-thru loudly asked another staff member, “Do they even speak English?” before I even spoke.
She then complained about not knowing how to make the drink, stayed visibly annoyed even after I offered to pay extra or switch items, and failed to provide a bag or utensils for three food items.

I know the area can be bad but having both a 20 minute limit sign and a gate blocking half of the dining area, seems very unwelcoming.

Absolutely terrible service on December 24, 2025. Staff were yelling customers out the door and refused to serve a customer who had paid for their item. I appreciate the Christmas rush, however some basic customer service would still be appreciated.

I went there with my 7 year old to get a post game treat. The person that took the order was extremely rude, there was a long wait, and the lady at the drive through window was also lacking in customer service skills and pointed the scanner in my face. When we drove away my daughter that is 7 commented and said they weren't very nice there.
