Gave me food poisoning. Food and drink tasted weird. Too many employees yet the place is very unsanitary. Used to be nice in the past. Do not recommend eating here.

This morning I was told by the older man that works there that I was not allowed there because I supposedly spoke rudely and swore at another female staff member that works at the location. I was NEVER kicked out of there and I NEVER spoke that way to anyone who works there... never would have, especially to a female staff member.

I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The customer service really stood out — the woman at the cash counter was incredibly kind and cheerful. What impressed me the most was that she asked customers to double-check their orders before leaving the counter, making sure everything was correct. It shows she genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. It’s the little things like this that make a big difference. Keep up the great work!

Colourful folks visit but are treated with DIGNITY. A short little lady Supervisor treats her staff and customers like GOLD. JP is a kick@ss Server/Host who's so darn polite. Great Job Team and Thanks.
The ladies who work here are very kind. However, the iced capp machine is either broken or no one at this location knows how to make one. It constantly comes out foamy instead of icey. I order it made with milk instead of cream, never once have they done it properly. Every other location of Tim Hortons does it correctly (I order daily for years). I Live so close to this location, but I go out of my way to avoid it just so my drink can be made properly. Please invest in a new iced capp machine! Clearly it doesn’t make the ice… You just get a cup of Cappuccino flavoured foam if you order here. I thought maybe it was just a morning issue, if I get it later in the day, maybe the machine had time to get cold enough to make ice. No, mid day you are still getting a cup of foam.
EDIT: hi, you guys asked for more information, but I have no way to reach out. Please fix your iced capp machine though !! This is the only location that I know of that gives you a cup filled with foam not ice

Ordered a Breakfast wrap at 420pm...but was told multiple times they stop serving Breakfast at 4pm. However Tim's advertises and I have gotten that item at other Tim's all day. Poor showing for one of my favourite Tim's. The Beginning of the end for a former great Canadian franchise.
