Ordered Tim Bits for my childs school this morning asked them if they can write Merry Christmas on the box and the staff looked irritated most likely because of the morning rush I over heard 1 staff member say we dont have time for this than I got a cut eye when I asked for change. I will most likely never return to this location and sorry for inconveniencing everyone this morning. I hope you all have a Merry Christmas and a healthy New Year. The World needs more patience kindness and smiles.

Husband went through drive thru @ 650pm and coffee had no sweetener. Returned and the “manager” said “chill” when asked very politely to fix the order ( I was on the phone the entire time). Asked for manger info she was extremely rude and said she was the manger and refused to give the info. Also said he could go to any Tim’s to fix the order. Are you kidding me??? You made the mistake.

Literally the worst Tim Hortons EVER!!! The owner is incredibly cheap... very stingy... and this morning they wouldn't even do two separate bills!! Do it all the time going through drive thru.. but for some reason this one wouldn't were trying to get us to go inside. Extremely poor customer service and pure laziness!!!!
The coffee quality at this Tim Hortons is often poor and inconsistent. I only buy here because it’s close to my home, but the taste and standards really need improvement

Went through the drive thru…. My wife asked for oat milk in her coffee…. When we picked up the coffee, the guy working at the window asked us if we ordered goat milk. I appreciate that sense of humor. Well done and give that man a raise!
