Girl was super rude and gave me a dirty look when i asked for a refund. this is the second time the exspeesso machine was down as well as they said they had hash brows on drive thru then said that had no hash browns at the window. Clearly these workers need better costumer service and more staff to fix these problems. I’ve had a bad experience there before and overall this is probably the worst time hortans around!!

Absolutely horrible service. The guy had a dark beard and was wearing a hat. I ordered an Oreo iced Capp, which I was not aware they didn’t carry anymore, and he went out of his way to comment of how I should’ve know they haven’t had that for a while. When I chose another drink, it was made very wrong. And, I tried talking to him at the window but he seemed to have an AirPod in under his hat as he didn’t hear anything I said. Won’t be going back.

A Story of How Tim Hortons Ventures Out to Compete with Gourmet Coffee Chains... and Fails:
I liked this location, and it's very close to where we live, until my husband and I started drinking cappuccinos. All was well until July, when their espresso machine broke. Given Tim Hortons' focus on coffee, we expected prompt repairs. Yet, I just returned from another trip; it's now November, and the machine remains broken. Stop wasting my time offering products you don't intend to make, simply because the staff lacks motivation to make them.
I specifically asked to remove an item from my sandwich due to allergies. They confirmed, and I get my sandwich. However, I got back to work, it’s on the sandwich. Only have 30 minutes for lunch so I couldn’t go back. I was also the only one in line, so there wasn’t any rush on their behalf. I don’t understand how something so simple can get messed up. Either due to laziness or incompetence.

The staff is great but every morning half the people are leaving because it's so overwhelmed whoever owns or manages this Tim Hortons you need more employees. What you are asking your employees to do is unreasonable and unfair you are losing business to customers walking in and walking out I walked in and out five out of six mornings this week the staff is stressed overwhelmed and overworked and frustrated there's never any good food anymore the donuts are always stale and this is simply because you do not employ enough people

I live very close to this location and I am there regularly for drinks and the occasional breakfast sandwich. In the past week every order has had something wrong.
Yesterday I got 7 Tim Bits in my 10 pack.
Today I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and specifically asked that the English muffins be double toasted ( barely warm) my coffee has Always been 3 cream 2 sugar the past three times DD. If you don’t listen to what the customer wants and the staff doesn’t care enough to make it correctly then maybe you need new staff.
The daytime manager (Katie) is miserable and rude when taking orders and on the phone so I have stopped calling to complain. She doesn’t do anything anyway.

First they got order wrong, while I asked to confirm order they said they got everything but then on window they said they changed me for more items.
Non of staff was wearing hair net and i got hair in my food as well.
Not following food safety standards, maybe now no officials actually care about food safety.
