Drive through girl had to ask 3 times how I am paying, but was too busy talking to her coworkers to bother to listen. I mentioned I have a torn rotator cuff so movement in my left arm is very minimal, I could barely grab the coffee from her and she straight up thought it was funny. Disgusting behaviour. That’s what you get for minimum wage.

Specifically ordered a DECAF orange pekoe tea and was given a dark roast coffee... That's unacceptable... This could have been dangerous had it not been caught as soon as it was.

Very disappointing service and not for the first time, but this is my first time to speak up and review. The second lane was open today and I waited patiently behind the gentleman in front to be addressed, but he was ignored twice as two cars were served ahead of him in the other lane. When he finally got to order and moved forward I waited my turn at the speaker only to be ignored while three other cars on the far lane were served again! When I was finally addressed I told the girl that she had completely missed me in the line up to which she replied no, she had been watching the screen and that didn't happen, when I didn't agree she just said, WHATEVER. I bidded my time until I reached the window and asked to speak to her directly and told her she was incorrect and had let quite a few go by on the other side and not for the first time, to which she did say sorry BUT IT WAS ONLY ONE CAR, because she was watching the screen! Lies! I told her that wasn't true and I would have let two cars slide but four was not ok. I would like to point out that the young server at the window was lovely and apologetic but the older lady needs an attitude review and spectacles!

This Tim Horton's has staff with such great attitudes and I think it's a reflection of leadership - shout out to the person with the colourful braids, it's clear they care and go above and beyond to make sure customer's have a good experience. Also, they seem to have a genuine appreciation for their teammates. My order has always been right when I go here and food always tastes great!

I don't even want to give this place 1 star. Constant disappointment at this tim hortons. Point system down again. Technology happens, I get it. But have the respect to at least put a sign up to let the customers know. Some people count on redeeming a free coffee when times are tough. At least knowing ahead of time at the speaker would help. And let a manager know, FORGET IT. DONT EVEN BOTHER!! nothing is ever done. By any manager!! Wow if it's not getting your coffee wrong, it's always something else at that place.

TERRIBLE service and always run out of things. My most recent visit was so bad I had to walk in from the drive through and get a refund. Staff are incredibly rude except for the manager.I waited more than 5 minutes actually at the window to receive my order. I was not handed all of the items in my order and waited there patiently. The employees just stood around talking with each other. I tried to get their attention but they ignored me. All I was waiting on was a donut which was 2 ft from where they were standing.Do not go to this location. It is so poorly run and too small to be an actual tim Hortons. This location should be shut down.

By the time you finish waiting 15 minutes for the three cars ahead of you to get through the drive-thru, and you've dealt with the attitude you're given for daring to order food, the food is okay. So basically it's a Tim Hortons.

This is undoubtedly the slowest drive thru in St. Catharines...2 lane drive thru even makes it worse and slower. 12 cars ..6 on each side ...20 minute to a half hour before your driving outta there. Terrible specially since its mid
We ordered three (3) coffees and a (1) breakfast sandwich. They charged us $27. We questioned this and the MANAGER (!) made fun of my mother over the headset to the other staff for “having beef” when it was obvious we were being overcharged and weren’t just being difficult. In the end they couldn’t do basic math and charged us for THREE sandwiches.Everyone makes mistakes. That’s not the problem. The handling and response to a customer inquiring about their order was wildly inappropriate and despite typically going daily for a coffee on the way to work, we will never be back. Get kinder staff and perhaps some with critical thought or basic customer service.

It's your typical Tim Hortons. Slow with inconsistent food quality. Restaurant Brands International needs to beef up their quality control department. They have a lot to learn

This Tim Hortons never seems to get the order proper. I have been here 3 times in the last week and they have got my tea right once. It’s just a tea bad and one sugar. I have got tea with cream twice (not sugar, not mild, cream). Today when I visited they took forever ti get people through the drive through and have at least 4 other drinks ready when I got to the window and none of them were mine. Then screwed mine up anyways. Also they did not great me or say anything, stuck the machine out the window without me being able to see the total while they were talking about someone who had walked out on their shift. Insanely unprofessional. If you don’t like your job, change it. If you don’t want ti change it just do what you are paid for. Will not go back ever again and would not recommend this location at all.

The regular week day staff are fabulous! They often have my beverage ready before I get to the till . Now that's service!!!!Vegetarian options: Sadly they don't carry the vegetarian sausage for the breakfast sandwich.Dietary restrictions: No vegetarian sausage any more. The "bowls" are expensive and small portions for your money
