Horrible experience. Went through drive thru and they forgot a chocolate chip muffin. I always check before leaving. Went inside and asked for my muffin. They were very confused and then gave me a pumpkin muffin. Told them it was not right. They gave me another muffin still not chocolate chip. On 4th try they got it right. Employee kept asking what is happening. Told her and she kept saying it's ok it's ok things happen. Very rude, arrogant and condescending. Employees arguing in front of customers. Will never go back.

Dreadful experience and I never leave any reviews. Waited 15 minutes for an idea cap, cheese croissant and 2 timbits. When I finally asked where things were I was told we don’t have a cheese croissant.
Asked to speak with the manager, he was apologetic and offered as a solution to melt cheese on a croissant for me. It’s pretty much the same he said…. I reluctantly agreed as I wanted to get out of there. 6-7 minutes later we got this….see pic attached. Dreadful. Terrible service. Everyone there we saw had issues and slow slow service.

Very bad service by their staff. They are just wondering here and there not taking front orders people still waiting in a long line. I am waiting in a line almost 20 min to give my order very rude and no so friendly staff. They don’t response customers me and my family wait alot for my order.Even one of the delivery driver stands there for 30 min to pick his order. He was looking for their order. There was very bad experience to visit this store. Even i asked for their manager they didn’t gave me their contact details as well. Take strict action against them which i want so very bad staff

I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons for years, it’s always been my go-to spot for a quick breakfast before work. Lately though, the customer service has gone downhill. I constantly feel rushed at the drive-thru, even when I’m the only car there. The tone of voice from the person taking orders always sounds irritated, and they rush me through my order every single time.
This morning I was even given the wrong sandwich because the worker didn’t bother to ask if I wanted bacon or sausage, they just decided for me.
I understand that working in food service isn’t easy, but that doesn’t mean customers should have to deal with poor service. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this Tim Hortons anymore.
