March 10th, 2025 at around 10:45ish we had a terrible person at the drive thru speaker, rushing us, cutting us off, snapping too. Overall just rude. After ordering when receiving our order we got the entirely wrong meal and snapped at again at the drive thru window.

Hmm well Tim hortons job is really hard as too busy mostly but customers also spend their $ would be nice if atleast staff say hi when taking order- most of the staff really good and very pleasant but 1/2 time staff was stressed may be and seems like do not want to take my order. If someone is coming to your place daily means its suitable location and good food + good customer service so dnt take daily customer for granted : specially if they dnt complain 😇- must say staff on window really good and nice all the time.

this is the 3rd time ive ordered a 6 pack of boston cream donuts and NONE are filled with boston cream not a drop of it and whenever i go in the drive through these past months its someone with an accent and doesn’t even know basic english. the place is always filthy and none of the tables are ever cleaned. Tim hortans used to be a good place to eat now its a dumpster fire

Slowly but surely this place is falling to the wayside. In the past this place has been my go-to Tim Hortons, but there's been a few issues with orders along the way and the double double mix is not always great, but things happen, never felt the need to make a post until now. Running out of eggs at 7:30 in the morning guys? That's just poor management, can't even blame the workers on this one!
