I usually stop by this Tim Hortons on my way to work, and I’m always impressed with how friendly and fast the service is. The staff actually seem happy to be there, which makes such a difference in the morning. My order is always right, the coffee is fresh, and the location is kept clean, even during busy hours. Special shoutout to the management team! it’s clear they run a tight ship and treat their staff well. Definitely one of the best Tim’s locations I’ve been to!

My wife went into our local Tim Hortons through drive thru. She ordered 2 steeped teas When given they were stone cold. When she went into the store the staff member acted like she couldn’t give a single care in the world. She was beyond careless, unapologetic and just brushed her off by saying “alright, wait for next pot.” Not I’m sorry about that. We’re brewing a fresh pot and it’ll be just a few minutes.
Just utter disrespect. Thanks Tim Hortons for teaching your employees that customers don’t matter
