I ordered a cold beverage that wasn't available, but was offered a substitute that was very close. However, I forgot to have it watered down... WAY too sweet! No communication of any kind for several minutes after we came up to the counter. A simple "Hello, we'll be right with you", with a smile, would be recommended.

Never open when they are supposed to be. I've been served cold coffee, cold hashbrowns. Rude service. The so called morning manager is always cranky. Never smiles. Overall, very poor customer service and very poor quality products. Do better Tim's. Do better.

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons location in the region! They are commonly out of menu items, the staff are rude with no people skills, the food is sub-par and in person service is far worse than drive thru. The only reason I ever go here is because it is close by but I will now be driving the extra 10 mins to avoid this wretched place.
