Please be more careful when customers mention a food allergy! I have an allergy to eggs, but the last 2 times I ordered a farmer's wrap with no egg, I opened up my wrap to find egg both times. I wrote the first time off as an honest mistake, but I found more egg again this morning. I let the worker on the intercom know beforehand that I would like no egg on my wrap because I'm allergic. Thankfully my allergy isnt deadly, but it could be deadly for someone else.

I am a busy mom so I didn’t get a chance to drink my iced Capp. Two hours later I was able too. I chugged my iced Capp until I felt a CHUNK of something go down my throat. I have no clue what this is.
I did call the afternoon shift manager and he was nice. He asked me if I thought it was sprinkles from a donut.. definitely not lol He did offer to replace the iced Capp for me but I do know that I won’t be going back there nor able to drink one for an every long time.

This Timmies is Honestly a Joke ! I asked for a 4 cheese bagel with HERB &GARLIC Cream cheese & extra cream cheese . They give me the wrong bagel wrong cream cheese & we’re sparring with the cream cheese . Honestly teach your workers to take orders and make them properly . Countless times this Timmie’s gets the orders wrong and I’m sick of it .

Save your time and go to another Tims. The staff seem completely uninterested in working and show little effort. It took 10 minutes for me to get a bagel and coffee.
If youre going into the restaurant be prepared to be welcomed by 5-10 homeless strung out by the front door.

Had coffee with a friend. Staff are nice, the coffee was great. I feel sorry for the staff and customers. Some of the folks coming to this location have difficulties and it could make it hard for folks to have casual conversations.

Like seriously I ordered double double coffee, which very much the only thing I drink. making it so sweet which tastes really disgusting . I bought another one from deferent Tim . I don’t believe they cannot make it right!!

There's a girl working there who is very disrespectful and unwelcoming. When someone says hi, she doesn't even respond. Her attitude is always negative, and she treats people badly. Very poor customer service.
Drive-thru is always prioritized which is just annoying. I waited half an hour for one singular employee to serve me, then I was met with an employee who clearly didn't want to be there. Also, a not-so-good area unfortunately.
