I absolutely love this Tim Hortons! The atmosphere is always welcoming. They genuinely care about making customers feel comfortable and happy. My usual go to is the happy "Habanero chicken bowl", which I've been craving more often, I think something extra special this location. One small request 🫶🏻 it would be amazing if you could bring in more of the crispy options! It's the crispy crunch that I enjoy most, and I'd be thrilled if it were available...

I don’t usually review or rate chain or franchise restaurants but this one is seemed necessary. The food was decent, like the way you would expect. My concerns is there isn’t enough staff or food to suffice the traffic this place has to accommodate. Usually if you don’t have something I ordered it would be nice to have given a choice, but this place they don’t even let you pick a different donut with a limited choice from their empty shelves. Long wait times just to place...

No communication of any kind for several minutes after we came up to the counter. A simple "Hello, we'll be right with you", with a smile, would be recommended.
