Tim Hortons has truly become the epitome of awful. The staff are painfully slow, consistently unprepared, and seem more interested in arguing with customers than actually serving them. Basic directions are met with confusion or outright resistance. It’s a daily exercise in patience — and not in a good way.
Honestly, they might as well merge with the dreadful hospital kitchen service nearby — both are disorganized disasters staffed by people who clearly don’t want to be there. The attitudes are nasty, the service is worse, and don’t even get me started on the outrageous prices.
Avoid if you value your time, money, or mood
If I could rate this Tim Hortons lower than 1 star I would. I have a half an hour break. I placed an order online. After just short of half an hour waiting by the mobile order pickup (without anyone acknowledging me and never receiving my order) I went and waited in line and requested my coffee, to which they told me “yes, sorry”. I went and waited for this coffee… only to be told their espresso machine isn’t working.
This isn’t the first time something like this has happened to me at this Tim Hortons. It has also happened to many others.
Whether they get your order wrong or you just don’t get it all together, this has to be the worst Tim Hortons in the country.

I ordered habanero bowl,they may be heard it wrong and make wrap instead,i told them i cant have wrap, then they make Habanero bowl,which was not even half full, very less amount of rice ,chicken and bearly any veggies.this is ridiculous becz i work in that hospital and we bearly have time to get breaks and its time wasting to go back and complaint.i amvery disappointed becz i am still hungry
Worst experience 15 minutes late for my order. If I didn't follow up my order. They didn't know that I order a farmer sausage breakfast.
Worst tims ever. Only 1 person takes orders, super slow. This tims should be pumping out every order in seconds, considering most customers are staff and have a limited amount of time. See ppl returning orders that are wrong. Als maybe put the lid on my coffee so it doesn't spill all over me. I would give it zero stars if I could!!
I was there these afternoon and I am thinking not too go inside the restaurant anymore.
Drive thru is better because it list I don't see what I saw today.
This guy was putting muffins on the display shelves with no gloves just using a peace of paper and then when he went to the back he was picking on his nose. Wow that's discussing....
Also the girl who was making sandwiches ( okay )she has gloves on but touching everything and after making sandwiches with the same gloves.

Excellent service. They work hard and it's very busy but they get the job done as quickly as they can. Food is delicious and the people are very nice.

Slow service. Place ran out of items ordered online after I paid. Staff are hard to understand, food handling technique is disgusting. Avoid this location at all costs.
