Service is okay. Staff are friendly though always changing which can slow service. Sometimes it can be very busy here. The tables can be unkept. Lines go into the mall which can be annoying. Line up area is dirty most of the time. Free independent WiFi

Very poor experience…. W the guy who was on top of mobile orders left as soon as I approached. What was he doing? Literally writing on boxes. Very poor service at this location hire some better staff.

Ordered something and sat down , when needed to use the washroom I was told all washrooms were down and was referred by staff to go to McDonalds with attitude … bathrooms should always be open to public !

Work for a service provider and my lunch was made perfectly, they always smile, super professional and all out the best Tim's team I have seen. By far keep up the good work.Additional.Today at 6 I was coming for my wrap the employee who made it had great memory, I can't remember his name but he made the wraps, outstanding individual and very impressive. He had the wrap already being made by him before I ordered, I received my coffee, which out of the Tim's I visit you guys always do a extremely excellent job making the coffee, rich in flavor and wasn't bland like my morning coffee (different Tim's clearly :).) All your employees I always encounter are smiling and top notch.

Ordered 10 Birthday Cake timbits with 5 Honey Dip and 5 Sour Cream. Received 10 Sour Cream and 10 Honey dip, shouldn't have to check or watch employee to ensure order is correct.
