My experience at Tim Hortons in the Pen Centre is always awesome! The staff are friendly and quick, the service is consistent, and the atmosphere is welcoming. My orders are always prepared just the way I like them. Definitely one of my go-to spots!

i absolutely love grabbing my iced coffee from this location, if not daily, once every two days haha! they have the best customer service i have seen in a while and their habanero veggie wrap is one of my fav!

This is the most incredible Tim Hortons worker. She makes icecapps so yummy and very fast. All the food I have from there is delicious!

The little old white lady at the counter was very rude. I was ordering a veggie wrap and usually when I order veggie they accidentally put meat in my sandwiches. I was just specifying with the lady that I don’t want meat I just want veggie. She interrupted me and said “I know what veggie means 👹👹”. I was just making sure I won’t receive meat in my order but she had so much attitude. even when I was looking at the menu she was saying can I help u can I help u. Lady, when I’m ready, I will come up to the counter and order. Why are you in such a stinky mood today?? Do something about her please.

So many time they gave me donut instead of brownie and charge me for brownie :(

I frequent Tim Hortons stores on average 3 times a day.
This is an excellent location for customer experience despite being in a very busy location in the Mall. Staff are consistently pleasant and cheerful.

The Staff are not just staff, they are family.

Service is okay. Staff are friendly though always changing which can slow service. Sometimes it can be very busy here. The tables can be unkept. Lines go into the mall which can be annoying. Line up area is dirty most of the time. Free independent WiFi
