Used to be a decent Tim Hortons but whoever the morning shift is lately is absolutely terrible. Can't understand what they mumble through the head set and slow service.

I experienced couple times they give old coffee and taste is burned, This Saturday I designed to go inside and ask them nicely why you guys always do that and one white is talking to me very very guy is rude.

We had to do a team order for 36 people. They were happy to accommodate and were super easy to communicate with ahead of time. They had the food and drinks ready for us both days at 0630. They were flexible and super friendly. Courtney especially was super helpful and friendly and she couldn’t have made our experience any easier! I would be happy to order from here again! Thank you again for all your hard work!

I always come here for one person Selena her attitude and professionalism is very good. The drinks and food are always amazing honestly nothing to complain about if you like Tim Hortons this is one of the best locations in Niagara region.

I have been going here to sit down inside with a friend for some time. The recent renovations have taken some getting used to, and I think the worst thing about them is that the removal of the booths seems to encourage the assumption on the part of some of the younger customers that everyone wants to hear what they're saying. This can be extremely tiresome. The reason I'm writing now, though, is that I was there this afternoon, and asked for a glazed old fashioned doughnut with my tea. I noticed that the sign in front of the glazed doughnuts said plain, and vice versa. I pointed this out to the older lady who served me, and she said she had just noticed it. She went on to say that the problem was the young staff on the early shift who essentially don't care about the quality of their work and can't wait to put in their hours and get out again. I asked her if it would help if I made a complaint, and she said no, nothing would change, and she might even get in trouble. Then I asked if a Google review might help, and she said it might. So here it is...

I've searched in vain for a facility that will allow me to post a reply to the reply to my post from Tim Horton's Customer Service, so I'll reply by adding to the original comment. First, do I have your assurance that the lady with whom I had this conversation won't suffer any negative repercussions? Second, what else would you like to know?

There's a crew (in her senior) who constantly makes me feel bad about myself everytime it's her that takes my order. I like the food and coffee there at Tim's, but the way she responds when I make my order makes me feel that I'm not welcomed there or I'm unwanted there. At first I thought, maybe it's just me, but it happens everytime. It makes me shift to other fastfood when I see and she's there. I asked myself, is it because of what I look like? Anyhow, just saying this. Maybe the good management can have an insight about this. I can't speak for others' experiences, after all I'm just one compared to many , but I worked as a customer server before and this is not what I was trained for. Certainly.

Horrible service. My order had to be remade THREE TIMES, and I didn’t even order anything difficult. Standard timmies order: medium double double, hot chocolate, and bagged tea with milk.

Was given: black coffee, chocolate milk, and a steeped tea

Remake: coffee no sugar, hot chocolate and bagged tea.

Third time got my double double.

I wasn’t the only one having issues, someone ordered chicken and got beef.

Other people were having issues ordering saying that’s not right on the screen.

It wasn’t even just one employee it was many of them!

Either more training needs to be done or there needs to be new staff hired. I will be avoiding this Tim Hortons and hitting the McDonald’s next door instead from now on.

I come here for 1 particularly worker. Sarah. She makes my food right everytime. It’s delicious and always so well put together. She is so friendly and always working so hard. I never have to place my food order she already knows everytime I walk through the door. Keep it up.

I asked for a small double double but got it without any sugar. Did not feel like going inside and ask as those girls already were in attitude. I don’t know what type of attitude they have or why they think they are superior. Talking continuously in their language and clearly it’s about the customers. It was not even busy. Was messing up with the orders guys nearby me and throw my double double to me on my face in such a way like I am a homeless and asking coffee for free. I am not that kind of person leave negative review but they should talk to English in front of customers and treat people with respect. Also they should know how to make a coffee. Majority of those Indian girls work there for immigration or permanent residency as their owner sponsor them that’s why they don’t care about the customer
