⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tim Hortons near Brock University is very neat and clean. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Service is quick, and the place is well managed. They also have free parking, which makes it super convenient. Great spot for coffee or a quick snack!

Rude old white lady at this Tims location, I greeted her Good morning but no reply then I asked ‘how are you?’ twice but still no reply, she just rudely asked ‘what do you need?’, i gave my order and at the time of collecting my Coffee I said ‘have a good day’ and still no reply from her, I someone is working at a customer service role then they need to atleast learn to greet customers.

A few days ago I went to this store to get a bagel. There was this lady name Courtney, who looked at me and gave a judgmental look and did not take my order even after noticing me, which made me uncomfortable. I think this is not how a customer should be treated. This is the only Tims which is near my place and I would really appreciate if I am treated the right way every time I come.
Asked if they could remake a watery ice cap. They proceeded to tell us it was our problem for not ordering “half cream” or no cream. Every other 100 times I have ordered ice caps, they have NEVER turned out literally like water, with no modifications on the cream.

Ordered coffee for me and hubby and bacon pizza for my daughter. Was very pleased by the cashier Kiera, she saw me sitting and waiting and immediately concerned how she can help me , and the stuff was really friendly and neat . Will visit this place again!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could as I found insect poop or eggs scattered in the bacon , so eat here at your own discretion. Tried to call and report this and they offered to replace it, hopefully they give me live ones this time.
