The first Tim Hortons Ive ever been to to fill my Ice Capp past the lid. I love this place

A few days ago I went to this store to get a bagel. There was this lady name Courtney, who looked at me and gave a judgmental look and did not take my order even after noticing me, which made me uncomfortable. I think this is not how a customer should be treated. This is the only Tims which is near my place and I would really appreciate if I am treated the right way every time I come.

Asked if they could remake a watery ice cap. They proceeded to tell us it was our problem for not ordering “half cream” or no cream. Every other 100 times I have ordered ice caps, they have NEVER turned out literally like water, with no modifications on the cream.

Ordered coffee for me and hubby and bacon pizza for my daughter. Was very pleased by the cashier Kiera, she saw me sitting and waiting and immediately concerned how she can help me , and the stuff was really friendly and neat . Will visit this place again!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could as I found insect poop or eggs scattered in the bacon , so eat here at your own discretion. Tried to call and report this and they offered to replace it, hopefully they give me live ones this time.

Tim Hortons went down hill when they stopped being about the customers and greed took over. When they focused on coffee and freshly made and baked in-store donuts and timbits etc. it was amazing. They even baked cakes. Now their coffee is gross baked goods are brought in frozen thawed and put in an oven. It hasn't been fresh in at least 20 years
Cleaner than most Timmies; all glasses were clean including doors, food displays and windows and the tables looked inviting though I didn't stay...had a nice breakfast to go.
