Paid for a large chilly, received a small chilly... called to get it replaced...
When I went through the drive-thru they had me wait at the speaker, no one was infant of me.
And I waited for almost 15 minutes, the guy behind me start to honk, I said hello Several times....
Finally I just gave up and went to the window... I shouldn't have to even be coming back, I ordered a large chilly, I should of gotten a large chilly....

I visit this location the best customer service the lady who help to serve servicre was quick & fast in walikn order and also Moheeb seems like who is staff manager was very friendly and proffesional i was surprise when homless peopld doing worst to their property they make mess .thanks to moheet whos taking care of store atmoshpere 10/10 i have no chance to take a picture so i can be witness moheet put all his effort to make this store fot customer to come back Will recommend to all neibourhood please visit this location . This place is great. Love the coffee. Staff is nice. Only complaint I have is the people who waste my time by ordering either large orders or a cup of water through drive thru. Go inside. Don't be lazy.

I just went through the drive thru, for cup of water. And the girl that took my order was incredibly rude. Seemed like she had a bad shift. I get work can be tough, but there’s no need to be snotty. Only wanted water man. However, the gentleman at the window was incredibly nice.

I am not a fan of ordering through Drive-thru at tim hortons because half of the times associates cannot even near you. But, today i was in a hurry so i gave it a try and honestly so far it was a good experience. Luckily, i was able to order in half of the minute without being asked to repeat. I don't know about the guy's name 'Gurwinder' something, but yeah he was so nice. Took my order efficiently and served it with great care..
