I had a great experience at this location! The girl who took my order through the speaker box had an accent and was incredibly polite and patient. I really appreciated how clear and kind she was. I believe she had her hair braided such a lovely touch to her professional and welcoming attitude. Great customer service goes a long way, and she definitely made my visit a positive one!

The girl who took my order today was extremely rude and made me feel rushed as she cut me off a couple times. When I got to the window, my order was completely wrong. I tried to politely correct it with the lady at the window, but I could hear someone yelling at her from behind about my order. Overall, it made the experience very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I understand that drive-thru times are important, but she should not make other staff feel terrible just to achieve them. Customer satisfaction is just as important, and the way staff are treated directly reflects how they interact with customers. The person in the window was very nice and tried to help me best she could!

Love to share my experience with two of most amazing persons Siyast and Pardeep. Best service and atmosphere I ever had at any Tim Hortons.Especially the boy just kills with his smile and presence of mind.Love to see them again.😀😀
Please come here all the time but the service has dropped substantially and so has the food. I probably would not recommend this place or return. Tim Hortons used to have pride in their restaurants and food but not anymore
