This is the cleanest and best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to! Even when it gets busy in the afternoons, the staff always stay calm, friendly, and greet everyone with a smile. Great service, great atmosphere — I definitely recommend this Tim Hortons!

It’s my worst experience for coming here . The people work here don’t have any sense how to communicate with the customer and they don’t have any thing to sever like egg trap and bagel. Also in the display counter of tim bits and donuts a-lot of flies are there and they are serving that food to the customer

I ordered a hot chocolate from the drive-through on November 3rd at around 8:00 p.m. The cashier working at the window was extremely rude to me just because my phone wasn’t working properly for payment. After the payment went through, she slammed the window in a very disrespectful way.

The environment at this Tim Hortons is very disappointing. The staff behave unprofessionally, often yelling at each other right in front of customers. Instead of focusing on good service and quality food, they seem more interested in dominating each other. The whole atmosphere feels chaotic and uncomfortable.

I went to this store i was using coupons to purchase my coffee. The code was correct they said we need to chk they took 10 min to chk the code i was still standing there and at the end they said we can’t give u coffee. I was waiting there for 15 min for my order and they said its not correct. They making fool to the customer for charging more money for the coffee then why you have coupons to survey ( CK ) is the code for this month they said its wron. If its wrong then how i got to know about that. Give sense to your staff and manager how to deal with customers and how not to waste time of them. And give proper training for quick service in their store. i will never visit this store any more. I ahd very bad experience with this store poor service .

The manager on October 8th was fantastic! She had curly hair, was super friendly, quick to help, and made sure every customer was happy. Great energy and service!

The girl with dark red hair at this Tim Hortons is incredible. She’s up bright and early, working the morning shift, and somehow manages to be friendly, efficient, and have my order ready as soon as I walk through the front door. She makes getting coffee before work something to look forward to every time she’s working!

I had a great experience at this location! The girl who took my order through the speaker box had an accent and was incredibly polite and patient. I really appreciated how clear and kind she was. I believe she had her hair braided such a lovely touch to her professional and welcoming attitude. Great customer service goes a long way, and she definitely made my visit a positive one!

They staff is amazing you can tell that they care about how they are serving guests. I’m the last month they have gotten a lot quicker and it makes everything run so much more smooth love my Tim’s they are amazing

The girl who took my order today was extremely rude and made me feel rushed as she cut me off a couple times. When I got to the window, my order was completely wrong. I tried to politely correct it with the lady at the window, but I could hear someone yelling at her from behind about my order. Overall, it made the experience very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I understand that drive-thru times are important, but she should not make other staff feel terrible just to achieve them. Customer satisfaction is just as important, and the way staff are treated directly reflects how they interact with customers. The person in the window was very nice and tried to help me best she could!
