We went to the drive-thru, and three cars who arrived after us got their order taken before we did. When we mentioned this, management did nothing/didn’t apologize. It took well over 10 minutes to get three drinks…

Thank you to the supervisor that worked the drive-thru on Saturday night. she made the experience bearable, considering a jerk was beeping his horn behind me. he was so inconsiderate and rude also I had a rescue dog in the back that is sensitive to loud noises so my dog and myself we're extremely upset

Today (October 27, 2025) around 8:55 a.m., I went to this location and ordered a bagel with herb & garlic cream cheese and a hash brown inside. On my very first bite, I felt something hard — it turned out to be a clear piece of plastic about 4 inches long, nearly the length of the bagel.

I went back right away to let them know and get a refund. The girl at the window wasn’t rude, but she also didn’t acknowledge the situation at all — not even a simple, “I’m sorry about that,” or a comment about checking the cream cheese. I wasn’t upset or making a scene; I just think a little empathy and concern for food safety would have gone a long way.

I’m sharing this mainly as a heads-up to others (especially anyone buying food for their kids), and as feedback for management to remind staff how to handle situations like this with a bit more care and concern.

Every time I get my steeped tea its luke warm.. every other location I've gone to is always much warmer which is great! Just unsure why this location is never quite warm enough. Other then that the staff is wonderful!

We (3 of us) were stuck in traffic from an horrific accident on QEW & took refuge in this Tim's. Terribly disappointing service! The young man either had been poorly trained or hated his job. His attitude was very poor, no manners or pleasant personality, like we're used to at Tim's. He got one coffee order wrong & did not apologize or offer to correct & when I asked for some serviettes, he grabbed a handful & thrust them into my hand, scrunched up & looking used. One doughnut was missing glaze on 1/3 of it, so we did ask him for another..& it was faulty too. Never have we run into this before! Also, the floor in the washroom had just been mopped & no warning signs had been placed..we might have slipped & fallen.
A very unhappy experience!

This is the one closest to our house so the only reason is convenience. Orders are ALWAYS screwed up here, and lately SO SLOW... this morning was a 7 minute wait for a coffee from speaker to window. Time for a change. Do something

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. The service and manners are terrible, the staff seemed uninterested and careless. At 6 pm the display was nearly empty and not replenished, which is unacceptable at that hour. No napkins were available, and when I asked, the staff acted like they didn’t know where to find any. On top of that, I couldn’t even collect my points because the machine wasn’t working. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

This Tim's is generally fine depending on when you go but on my last visit there were 2 young girls who were new but they were smiling, friendly and figuring it out BUT another staff who I think is named Alana? Blond girl, slight lisp was just absolutely terrible to these girls. She spoke so poorly to them that I'm writing a review in hopes that maybe shes is retrained in the appropriate way to communicate with her co-workers as speaking down to them in the manner she did especially in front of customers shouldn't be acceptedable or tolerated.

I frequently go to this Tim Hortons because its near my house. Normally just go through the drive thru but the lines were really long so I went inside today. Cashier I dealt with was so nice and friendly. The downside of this visit was the manager essentially berating that cashier extremely loud and very rude, about never taking items out of the display to sell (I assume she meant the Halloween merchandise) It was totally unnecessary for the manager to speak to the cashier in the tone she used, also very loud - the store was pretty busy so I'm sure others heard it. They could've spoken in the back of the store, but even then, the way the manager spoke to the cashier was truly rude and not appropriate for a work place.

I am so sick of this Tim Hortons getting my order wrong. SO MANY times, I order a sausage breakfast wrap - there is no sausage, or sometimes there is NO EGG. I order a bagel with butter, they give it to me uncut and dry. It does not matter what I order, it's always wrong. I am so done with this place.
