I have gone to get my morning bagel here a few times now and every time the cream cheese is poorly applied and not enough my bagel is burnt and a rock. Not a pleasant experience and definitely not worth the money im paying for it...

the WORST tim’s in all of st.catharines. staff has 0 clue what’s going on, wait times for even just a drink are astronomical, not knowledgeable about the product they have in store at all. worst of all they frequently mess up the orders and then get annoyed when you go in. I went in because my sandwich was wrong and the lady remade it but out of cattiness she burnt the bread. It tasted disgusting but like always this tim’s is notorious for making people to late to work and it made me late once again! I wish there was another one on route so I would never have to go here.

I came in for a few coffees and donuts for some co workers and Dawn made them absolutely perfect. Though busy at the time, I walked in and was served in a timely manner, considering it seemed that she had no help. Great service again considering the lunch rush, best Tims coffee I've had since the downhill of the franchise.
Absolutely terrible terrible...went thru drive thru today and ordered 20 timbits and a diet coke...had to repeat order which is fine but when I arrived at window I was greeted by the most unfriendly server who threw the debit machine at me and the way it was positioned i wasn't table to even see the screen then she muttered something that was not English...I scanned my card and a second later she is shoving three boxes of donuts in my window I politely said oh no I'm sorry I'm 20!timbits and a diet coke she literally screamed at me saying I said this was my order I finally had to get angry and then the manager stepped in and apologized and offered a refund of 56 dokars

I order pickup order and when i arrived there they side (the machine it’s not working )and they refused to give my money back they said I have to ask the app customer service..and now I receive this email ..this is not the first time happening

The women's bathroom was disgusting. The floor was wet and dirty. The toilet in the handicap stall was full of poop and had poop down the front of it as well. I didn't even want to wash my hands as the sink was dirty and the counter was completely wet.
I would never eat there if this is an example of how clean their place is.
