Such a horrible team hortons. More than half of the times they dont have enough items available. Their mobile order is either closed or broken half the times. Staff takes hours to process and make orders. This Tims never failed to disappoint me and i’d be surprised if they stop doing so.

Let me tell you, it's only good when it's not busy. When it's busy there's a lot of problems. Do not order when it's busy it's not worth it. Had to wait 45 minutes on two instances because of a wrong order.

Gave this place a few tries. Staff have terrible customer service and you can tell they don’t enjoy their job. Makes it a very uncomfortable dining experience for students. Not to mention it is never open on time. For someone who has 8AM classes I should expect to be able to get food when they SAY they open. If you can’t open before 8AM, change the opening hours. Ridiculous

Pretty sure one of the staff members here was sick (don't know if it was Covid or not) but she should have definitely not been working. The lady at the drive thru was wearing a mask and her voice was extremely hoarse. I'm pretty sure I witnessed her cough as well. My visit was last week and this week I have a sore throat and general malaise and am going to get tested. Definitely not worth the risk especially at a time like this, just go get your coffee somewhere else.
