Absolutely love this Tim Hortons located at 170 Fourth Ave! The customer service is always excellent—friendly, fast, and welcoming. The place is amazing every time I visit, which makes for a very pleasant dining experience. Plus, the food and coffee are always fresh and top quality. Highly recommend stopping by!

As someone who formerly worked at Tim Hortons for quite a long time, I understand the pressure of drive thru times but I also understand you should not be sacrificing required steps in the process of making food. If the grills are still the same, there is a timer on them that for the wraps, are 15 seconds long. This is not the first, or second, or even third time I’ve gotten a wrap that looks like this. This is just the worst one I’ve gotten. The wrap was still cold on the one side. It looked like the person making the wrap set it on the grill, closed it for 1 second and then reopened it to remove it. This is unfortunately the closest location for me and I don’t have time to go back in and have it remade because I have to commute. One time, okay, but every time I order this is just poor training and supervisors/management that don’t care. Managers, please train your staff properly. Please make the quality of food more important than drive thru times again.

Went in with an old paper $10 bill and was told they don’t accept “old Canadian money”, forced me to switch my paper bill for a plastic one or pay with card

Get a drink and because other people don’t like the whip cream on it he decided to make it without …. If customer doesn’t specify they don’t want it a certain way then make it how it’s supposed to be . And don’t cop an attitude when asked to make it properly I also asked for my reciept to have him walk away don’t need this attitude first thing in the morning it was an Indian man working !

I come to this Tim’s on my lunch break and spend over half of my 30 minute lunch just standing in line to order. By far the SLOWEST service I’ve ever had. This store needs to seriously consider hiring more staff asap or start prioritizing your customers at the pos as much as you prioritize the cars in drive thru. Be better.

Going through drive-thru watching one of the managers or supervisor on her cell phone while making coffees with the other hand I know it was her personal cell phone from the case with all of the debit cards attached to it very gross

First impression of the place was a little less then desired. The bathrooms were disgusting and by the time we were done in the bathroom the line hadn’t moved and we were not waiting. Tim Hortons isn’t what is use to be.
This location fourth and Louth st Catherine's 11 am. Counter person extremely rude had to repeat my order 3 times when handed my change back drops it on the counter. Teach them some manors. Here again April 02 messed up my order again can they do anything right. Every freaking time trying to give them a chance . Hire people that can understand orders and care about their job. Man they are so slowwww. Training or not. You also have 2 tills use them when your busy. They made me wait for my bagel only to tell me after I waited oh we don't have. Ridiculous service

I’m honestly so disappointed with this Tim Hortons lately. Every time I go, it takes forever just to get a simple order. The wait times are ridiculous, even when it’s not busy. To make it worse, I found a hair in my drink — completely unacceptable and disgusting. The quality of the food and drinks has gone way downhill too. It’s just not what it used to be. Definitely not coming back anytime soon.

My wife had ordered Egg and Cheese farmers wrap and when she took a bite, it turns out there is meat inside. She had to throw it away. Worst experience!
