Came to the drive tru cause my London fog was made wrong and tasted like coffee and I asked to speak the Manger nicely she was a short female manager gwakurmal and she spoke to me with total disrespect I felt so bad and I’m never coming to this store again you guys really need to do better and learn how to treat the customers.
Gurpinder is always so friendly, kind and professional. She’s always got a smile on her face and makes sure our orders are perfect every single time!

Was not pleased with the service, I went through the drive thru the service was poor and rushed l, complained about my drink and the manager was rude to me, her name tag said guarkamal.

We went their 3 staff were free but still did not came to take order we have to call them and gave us coffee so cold i could gulp in this cold weather i was hoping to get hot coffee.

I came here Feb 3 2026 at 10:21pm and the 1 rude ignorant worker had me stand at the counter for 15 minutes without even looking at and saying g anything to me at all like I will be with you in a moment or anything at all. She was not busy with another customer not even in drive thru. It wasn’t until I walked closer to where she was leaning g on a counter finally taking a drive thru order did I politely say would you mind letting g me into the washroom please and she then looks at me and still says not a word. So I continued to stand there till I seen a man come in and he must of been the baker as he walked into the back of the kitchen. So Shen that nice man come out to put donuts into the oven I asked him would you please let me into the washroom please before I order my food, and all of a sudden she finally turns to me a yells I already opened the washroom twice for you and I said to her you never even spoke one word to me and I said am I suppose to read your mind?? And the nice man went to open the door and she again wanted to continue to be rude and I said to you left me standing g at the counter for 15 mins and never once communicated anything to me. How about saying to a customer I will be right with you. This woman wandered around so slow and you can tell she didn’t want to do her job except for be rude. Please I need someone to contact me or the owner at least to watch the camera footage and see how long she left me standing at the counter and with the cameras you can see she said nothing to me at all. I got here at 10:23 pm and was still standing there till 10:40 This lady is extremely rude to customers.

The manager of the Tim Hortons here, I believe Emalene is the name is an amazing wonderful and very helpful person. Emalene always remembers my order and has the tray ready to go, and cares for her customers 10/10 would recommend!!

I go through this drive thru almost daily and I've finally had enough.
As of late, they never have Decaf available. I thought this was a COFFEE shop. When it's getting low, put on a fresh pot!!
Tim's is spreading themselves so thin with all there new menu creations..pizza, brisket, etc they have no time for their coffee. They seldom get the order correct so now I take an extra minute before I pull out to check the order.
I will now go the extra distance to the one on Martinddale where the staff are very pleasant and get my orders right.
To the owner that responds to these reviews. Pls don't bother. I'm not interested in filling out a form. I'm telling you my issues here and I really doubt anything will change. The answer is to simply stop wasting my time and giving this location my business.
On a final note the ONE bright spot is the lady with the delightful accent that works the counter. She is the ONLY reason to go here. So friendly and cheerful, she just makes your day!
Keep her at all costs.
I visit this Tim Hortons regularly with my sister, who has a physical disability, and I’m very disappointed in the lack of accessibility accommodations at this location. The restaurant appears very outdated compared to other Tim Hortons locations and has no accessible washroom, which makes it impossible for some customers to use the facilities.
In 2026, a public-facing restaurant should not still be operating without basic accessibility features. This feels exclusionary and does not align with the inclusive standards found at other locations. I hope Tim Hortons updates this store to meet accessibility and modern brand standards as soon as possible.

I entered the store and went to the washroom. The door was locked. I told them it was locked, but they told me the washroom was closed. Does it happen that the store is open and the washroom is closed? Please I need an answer as to why it is closed?

Come on guys trying to give chance after chance and your staff constantly messes up. Ordered two bagels got home both wrong and burnt. 4 cheese asked for butter was none orderd everything bagel with herb and garlic also wrong.
