Did not get food, but the surface and the atmosphere are great. The staff there are just fantastic on the day shift.I love them, make it feel like family

Everytime , every time I go here - order is wrong. I ordered a Farmers wrap with hash brown and coffee 2 milk. I got a farmers wrap , no hash brown. They said they had none on site - so they replaced my hash brown with a muffin. I asked for Cjocolate chip. They gave me pumpkin. I’m not sure why I always have to pay full price here , yet they got 33 percent ( barely ) on my items . Redic.

Your drive tru employee this morning was extremely rude, huffed when I asked for a tray for my THREE drinks, wouldn’t let me tap my Tim’s card until I said “am I not allowed to tap my card for points?” And messed up my order and forgot an entire donut. Not going back to this location I’ll drive the other way and go to that one.

To begin With:- Their Espresso machine is Always On Cleaning or Not working.
Secondly:- Sometimes they will say We have No Coffee beans Sir.Sorry for that.But what can Do with your sorry bru when I have only 10 Mins to reach at my 12 hour work location and you said No to my First coffee and wasted my enough time in drive thru so that i cant Go anywhere else for coffee(At least have some professionalism put a paper sign for costumers Somewhere at Drive thru.So people Could get their coffee at MCdonal which is Literally 200M away.
Moreover:- They hired new Girl.I have Ordered Medium coffee which is $2.40.She Charged me 6$.I was in rush Already late for my work.When i went there realized that she charged me more than Double amount.I understand this could be mistake.But if you have new staff and you are training them.You should train them Closely.Old lady was giving her instructions From Restroom area.?♂️?♂️
I know if I go to them and Complaint about this and Show them Transection and order detail they will give me Free Coffee or Something like that,which I dnt want.Just Be Professional.

Is this a coffee shop? If it is, how could you run out of espresso?? Donuts were stale.
I placed an order on the app for a pizza, drove here to pick it up, I was told to cancel the order on the app because they didn’t have any pizza. Upon realizing there was no option on the app to cancel it, I explained this to the employee. The employee insisted there was nothing they could do and I had to “figure it out through the app” my only option was to reach out to their technical support who informed me that only the INstore employee would have authorization to refund me. So instead of driving back across town to receive a refund, I tried calling the store (they don’t answer the phones apparently). Yay! Not only do I not have my order but also wasted gas and -$10 because no refund :) thanks Timmy’s! Can always count on you :)

This tims used to be great, with friendly staff. It's now ruined because the staff is miserable. What happened to hello...how are you??? Theres no please, or thank you. Just disgruntled staff practically throwing your food and coffee at you.

Went to this location this morning before work,only to find out that their debit machine was down............AGAIN!!! This is becoming a regular occurance and made especially frustrating by the fact that this is 2024 and nobody carries cash on them anymore,and it's becoming as common as the ice cream machine being down at McDonald's. There should be no reason or excuse.
I recently visited the drive-thru at this Tim Hortons and had an extremely disappointing experience. After waiting in line, nobody acknowledged me at the speaker, and when I finally pulled up to the window, the staff completely ignored me. I waited several minutes with no response or apology. This lack of customer service is unacceptable, and I hope the management takes steps to improve their drive-thru experience.

After I ordered just one cup of coffee, I was standing there for 5 mins, then asked, " Is my coffee coming?". Turned out they forgot my order. When I said seriously!?, all this womon said was you don't have to be upset. No apologies. This place is no brains with filthy mouths. Luckily, I have lots of choices to grab a cup of coffee, so I will go to others now on.

0 stars because of Gurukamal, the lady who serves there has zero knowledge of customer service. She did not give us the survey coupon code even she threw it in the dustbin but refused to give us. Even she said she can’t print the receipt of our food and coffee.
