When ever I came to order they keep me waiting
Really it’s disappointing when we came first and we don’t have that much time that why we came thru drive but still we have to wait then for long time what’s purpose of drive thru then

Zero rating would be applicable for this service . Steeped tea doesn’t taste fresh ask for toasted croissant, it does not look like toasted. Never ever. Visiting this location every again👎🏻

The food was okay. The place was cleaner when I visited today.One female staff (wearing specs) was very loud and kept speaking in Punjabi with her teammate. I could hear it till the sitting area and it was disturbing .

Switched to McDonalds years ago and recently tried this Tim's multiple times. Extremely disappointed to find all the food has a awful chemical taste. Ordered hash brown, bagel, and timbits on multiple different days, and all I could taste was chemicals, except for the timbits. At least the timbits are how I remember.

Workers are polit kind and helped me cover food because I had run out of money for the month was even understanding of it and made me happy to see that

Edit:My Roomate use to work here the new owner has been very unreasonable and not Awnsering the phone She Has also terminated my roomate without reason that is cause for commosion as that’s against the law for someone on disability and queer hope you proud of your self’s

I’m done. This is the last time I’m using any Tim Hortons location every time my drinks or my food is always wrong and inconsistent in quality now today I find out their cream cheese spread is prepackaged half of bagels not even covered and dry when I went to ask for more, they said it would cost me extra and there was nothing they can do for me, so the bagel went straight to the garbage and my money was wasted Tim Hortons. You’ve gone downhill over the years. I’m going to small coffee shops because they always get the order right every single time and their quality is consistent. Goodbye.

My coworker and I pulled into the drive through at 10:30. We waited and waited for someone to answer us in the drive thru. Finally A young lady served us. She seemed very annoyed to have customers and was quite rude. It felt she was waiting and hoping we'd just leave. I had ordered an iced capp, she got a frozen lemonade. Thank GOD I didn't drink my iced capp first because when I looked down there was a huge beetle in. This will be the last time I ever stop at a Tim Hortons again. Other reviews claim your shop is filthy and NOW THERE ARE BUGS IN YOUR DRINKS. I don't know id she put it in there but that is disgusting.

This Tim Hortons is absolutely terrible. I’ve been disappointed over and over again, and this last visit proved how bad it really is.
Staff clearly don’t care. I watched an employee touch dirty surfaces and trash, then go right back to handling food without washing their hands or wearing gloves! On top of that, the manager Gurkcamel wasn’t even wearing a hairnet, walking around like she’s above basic hygiene standards.
I ordered something simple, and my receipt showed it exactly how I asked. The employee still got it wrong not once, but twice, and gave me a nasty attitude like it was my fault. No apology, no professionalism, just attitude.
The place is always understaffed, and the managers don’t do anything to help. They just sit there while the line builds up and the staff struggle. The whole location is a joke.
Also, the donuts and bagels are ALWAYS stale. Every single time I come here, they taste like they’ve been sitting out for days.
I will never come back, and I’ll be telling everyone I know in St. Catharines to stay far away from this dump. Absolutely disgusting and completely mismanaged. It’s obvious that this filthy location has zero regard for basic health standards…
