Bad service! I've been waiting 10 minutes in the drive-thru, and no one is taking my order in my lane, but all the cars that were behind me got their orders from the other lane. Next time, please make a note if the other lane is having a problem or not.

Dont know whats been happening lately but the drive thru has gotten pretty bad at taking orders. Its been a few times ive had a missing drink cause they werent paying attention
DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!! This morning, I witnessed the Manager making food with her bare hands and not using proper hygienic procedures. This is appalling and disgusting!!! As if that wasn't bad enough, I saw wraps that were already prepared in advance being served to customers. This is very upsetting because I frequent this store often and have never seen this before. The Manager, of all people, should be setting an example for their employees. It makes me leary about the food safety standards at that location.

Patty and the morning staff are always pleasant, efficient and caring. Never been through and not asked how I am that day. Patty makes a point to remember me and my order, she's truly a delight and the reason why I keep coming back.
The evening staff need to be shadowing some day shifts to see how its done. There is a gentleman who often works nights, but never wears a name tag so I don't know his name. He hasn't once given me correct change when I've paid cash, doesn't understand penny rounding even though the computer should tell him how much to give me and is often overwhelmed with only 2 coffees and a bagel. Very scattered. And he never closes the register drawer after cashing me out, just so Management is aware. I know yall read this stuff. Maybe thats why he messes up penny rounding, because maybe he's not using the register properly? 6 and 7 round down, 8 and 9 round up. But he didn't understand what I meant.
Anyway, Patty and her days crew are amazing. Keep up the amazing work, dear. I appreciate your wonderful customer service and the way you conduct yourself and your staff.

Extremely poor service in the evenings. Took 15 minutes to get this horrible wrap.
If you order food they make you pull to the front of the gas station to try to reduce the drive thru time numbers. No other tims does this and the site is not designed for this so there is nowhere to park and often leads to conflicts with pedestrians and vehicles.
Early morning staff are quite pleasant but are very clearly in a rush to the point it’s kind of uncomfortable.

trash trash trash. i am so, so dissatisfied, disappointed, disgusted. i have never EVER seen such a horrific display. went through drive thru. ordered a bagel and a coffee. $7 later i’m on my way home. go to my apartment, say hi to my kitties. bagel? barely any cream cheese. i go back to tim’s. and the workers are so rude. the females were standing to the side laughing at me. OUT IN THE OPEN??? laughing at me. practically in my face. the man i was dealing with was incompetent, rude, and not who i would want working as THE face of my company. he asked me “so what do you want” like maybe figure it out? offer to remake it? even if they took it to the back and slapped more cheese cream on it (the bagel) i would’ve been jolly. so so upset today. so mad at this.

Order hot chocolate and get like 3/4 of a cup and staff won't fill it up. Ask for double toasted as toasted items are barely toasted and still comes out not toasted.
