I cannot stress this enough, pati is what makes this location. She’s the most friendly and kind barista I’ve ever known. I look forward to hearing that voice in the morning. My wife and I come here every weekend and grab a coffee, and even during my work runs I stop by. I’d go out of my way just for this location. If I could give her 6 stars I would. She knows her customers often by name including myself and really makes the experience feel homey. ****** 6 stars

I live near by this location and I wanted to know how the service was, so i decided to look at the reviews. Although I saw the reviews aren’t positive and that this location tolerates racism. I will be avoiding this Tim Hortons at all costs.
Recently, i saw some weird things happening. A short lady smoking (unprofessional, by the way) was instructing someone in their car to go back and forth through the drive through. As a former fast food worker, i know they are trying to lower times and this is unprofessional in-front of customers and we aren't dumb. she was also inconveniencing me by holding me up as i was already late to my job.

I've been coming to this location for a few years now. The manager at this location, Patti is an absolute gem. My wife is new to the county and has a thick accent and Patti always takes the time to listen to her order and does not rush her. My wife normally does not like to order at other places but Patti makes her feel very welcome. I have other friends who frequent this store and we always talk about how friendly and welcoming Patti is when we stop by. :)

Review: Extremely Disappointing Service I had a very frustrating experience at the drive-thru today. I simply asked for four forks/spoons with my order, and the manager on duty, “Patty,” told me they didn’t have only 4 forks in entire store. Hence can't give it to me. This didn’t make sense, as I could clearly see two containers filled with what appeared to be plenty of forks. Her tone was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I’m not sure if the behaviour came from personal bias/racism or something else, but it felt unprofessional and completely avoidable. Based on other reviews, it seems this isn’t an isolated incident. I truly hope someone from the store or management team takes the time to address this, because customers deserve to be treated respectfully and honestly.

After waiting what felt like forever in drive thru, pulled up to window and guy asked if my card was meradian . (Meradian was down )i said yes and he said he couldnt take it . I had no other payment option. My food,and drinks were ready and right there . So they rather throw it all away then give it to me. Maybe they should have asked me at speaker before i ordered .
