went in to make an order and get a pickup at the same time, which i told the cashier before even making the order. they fulfilled the order i made at cash, but the online order hadn’t been completed (placed almost 15 minutes before i got there). they then got the receipt and started asking what the online order was supposed to be, like what items and stuff. after a couple of minutes, a woman came up to me and yelled over to her staff, “What does this guy want???!!!” and was very hostile? She only backed off when I informed her (again) about the online order, and (again) instead of checking the receipt, they basically took my order at the counter. Every time i’ve ever placed an online order, it has never been ready when i get there, even if i placed it 20 minutes prior to arriving. this has made me late going back to work multiple times, which is something the app is intended to prevent is it not? not to mention, the staff are always disorganized and needlessly rude to customers. i’m not sure how it makes sense to be berated over waiting for my order

Such bad food and service. All I asked for was an iced coffee and farmers wrap. Coffee is basically milk and ice and the farmers wrap was poorly made. Just last week I asked for a turkey sandwich and got ham. I can’t eat ham. This happens way too often for me to be spending money at this location.

went here with my friend the other day and tell me why there was a piece of a straw in my drink?? as if someone were to just cut a piece of a straw like what?? AND we had ordered ONE bagel and yet charged us for two, gave us a refund of not even enough for a bagel. i used to come here all the time and now i’m never stepping food here again.

They clearly don't listen to what their customers .. ordered a plain bagel double toasted with plain cream cheese, they gave me a plain bagel with butter, not double toasted either. Again ordered the same thing and still got butter but made sure to check before leaving drive thru and sure enough bagel with butter, told them and instead of making a new bagel they just added plain cream cheese to the butter! Very unhappy with this tim hortons!

girl interrupted me literally every time i tried to talk, overcharged me (didn’t put my stuff in a combo after i asked her to). i get being in the middle of a busy rush, and just getting through customers. but if im spending good money, i expect decent service. also just threw my food in the bag one of my wraps was falling apart.

Stopped in for a tea and got chocolate and a long john Saturday night. The staff was friendly and the order was made in a somewhat timely fashion. The store seemed cleaned. Very busy area I wouldn’t necessarily stop here unless I was in the area.

I visited the drive-thru at Tim Hortons on Tuesday, Nov 19, around 7:45 PM, and had a very disappointing experience. The staff member(probably the supervisor - short dark hair, wearing a mask) taking our order was incredibly rude and displayed racist behavior. When we ordered a peppermint hot chocolate instead of calling it "candy cane," she mocked us and slammed the window shut without any provocation. Her attitude was unacceptable and unprofessional. This location urgently needs to address her behavior and ensure customers are treated with respect.
