First order of the day....Service is longer compared to others and got my order wrong. I came back for my afternoon order. Same terrible line up and they had no sausage to fulfill my order. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. As a local, I'll avoid this tim hortons now

Food and drinks were great as always, but there is a very angry lady cashier that keeps on banging pots and what ever that will make noise on the floor because she wants to be angry today! and she also glares at people, yells at other crew members, drops the timbits box in front of you like it is hot and tiring to count 10 pcs.

This is the worst tim hortons ever, I don't understand why are its still open, everytime I have been there, they left me unsatisfied. First of all i dont know if there speaker has issues or what, i have to repeat myself for 5 times, then they hand me over with this croissant, very very very bad service, not only one time but several times.

The person who served me, Grayson, was very friendly the whole time I was there. He got my order out very fast and it was made exactly how I asked! It was the best experience I've had at a Tim Hortons in a VERY long time.

Everytime I come in for my double double I'm served quickly and with a great vibes in the restaurant, the employees and supervisors seem to get along well and it shows in the environment, every weekday morning is a treat I've stopped using drive through just to enjoy the ambience and a lovely good morning joke from Grayson when hes on the till! finish my coffee before work of course, love hearing the banter and the laughter put into everyday....and it's the last place near me with Sour Cream Glazed donuts it has really improved in the last month or so!

just got a bunch of things here for the road and 2 of my ice caps are sour… i don’t know if it’s their machine or expired cream/milk but thats friken gross and yes i can’t go back because i’m half way into hamilton.

Was told there was no food at all, not even cookies or donuts. when there was still an hour and a half till closing time. I’m not sure if you guys stop selling food past a certain time or something or the employees just didn’t want to make food.
