Buy tea from this location daily and never had such bad experience before.Today went for coffee at 10.55pm first the lady on speaker did not respond. When she responded she was so rude and replied by saying sorry i can not serve you coffee or tea because i am closing in 3 minutes.When i went to drive thru window she was on phone. This is first time i had such an bad experience. First of all she need to learn how to deal with customers specially when you are working in customer service.

I went here after school with my boyfriend to get farmer wraps. I don’t like eggs so I always get one without egg. We asked for two farmer wraps one without egg. The lady taking our order then says my god aggressively and was just passive aggressive the rest of the order. The lady at the window was amazing though and the food was good.

This new location is my favourite. It’s right on my way to and from work and so it’s super convenient and I was happy to see it open. The customer service here has been above and beyond. I always order a steeped tea and every time I do the gentleman tells me he’s making a fresh pot. He is super sweet and I would definitely choose this location over others. I never really get food so I can’t comment on that but everything else is 10/10.

ABU is awsome!!!! This is by far the best tim hortons customer service I’ve ever had at any timmies… I was shocked and had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn’t dreaming… ABU was super pleasant and just wanted me to be happy with my order, I’m always going to come to this location to give to them my business….good work goes un-appreciated way too much so this is why I’m leaving this review, THANK YOU ABU!!
