I go to this Tim Hortons often and I always order ahead, then whenever I get there without fail they are out of whatever I ordered. The woman with short hair (i don’t know her name as she doesn’t wear a name tag) is always there and giving me a hard time about replacements for THEIR MISTAKE. I always get downgraded to a cheaper item even though i paid for items that were available online. Fix your staff and fix your online ordering system.

Flies all over the bakery section and. Ordered my food and 3.45$ was the only word i heard from the girl at cash. I said hello, no answer. I placed my order and was standing there and she brought the coffee put it in front of me and just left. Guy behind me went to place the other and i was amazed to see how she greeted him and put a smile on her face. What was the discrimination all about? May be because i am brown? First time happened to me.

My daughter and I stopped by there yesterday! The girl at the drive thru window spoke so incredibly fast it was ridiculous! The order was a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a muffin ; I literally think they forgot to add the cream cheese on the bagel ; but yet didn’t forget to charge a dollar extra for the cream cheese ! Please do better !!

I had a really good experience at Tim Hortons thanks to the great customer service. A boy named Ion was especially helpful and friendly. He made my coffee just the way I like it, and he did it with a positive attitude. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and to see someone who really cares about making sure customers are satisfied. Ion definitely made my visit better, and I appreciate the effort he put into his service. I’m very happy
