It is incredibly rare to meet people like Mirielle in places of service. She was not only patient, but also went into problem solving mode when I had challenge with my order. They have no morals. They treated me with extreme racism. I asked for a sandwich without adding bacon. One of them asked me why I didn’t eat bacon. Are you Muslim? I replied no. She added bacon after paying. She brought me the sandwich with bacon. I went back to her and said I told her not to add bacon. She started screaming and said to me why didn’t you eat the bacon? She said to me this is what I brought you. If you don’t like it, you have to return it and go somewhere else. I asked them not to put the bacon. I am fed up with what happened. They are racist and disrespectful.

This used to a be a great location. Since management change years ago, this place has gone downhill fast. Rude customer service and management, dirty bathrooms, windows and floors.
Most of staff is slow and rude, they throw items at you after you order, no smile on their face and seem to have time to talk to their peers while customers are waiting.

Stopped at this Tim Hortons while driving from Brampton to Niagara Falls, and it was the perfect refreshment break! I was really hungry, and I’m so glad I chose this location.

The bagels were super fresh, toasted just right, and the coffee was easily a 10/10—hot, smooth, and perfectly made. The service was quick, friendly, and polite, even though it was a busy time of day.

Clean environment, fast service, and tasty food—this spot made my road trip even better.

One of the worst controlled parking lots of a Tim Horton I have ever experienced. There needs to be more clearly marked routes for drive-thru, the staff is super nice and friendly.

I ordered a cold brew from drive through but I forgot to mention hazelnut, so I pulled up and mentioned it! But they made an Iced coffee with hazelnut and espresso form and added a bunch of sugar to it! I realized it later and couldn’t drive back because I was in a hurry!
And also other day I ordered an iced coffee and they make an ice capp!
I feel the employees need to be trained properly about the drinks and how to make them properly! So that they do go around all confused!
