Stopped at this Tim Hortons while driving from Brampton to Niagara Falls, and it was the perfect refreshment break! I was really hungry, and I’m so glad I chose this location.
The bagels were super fresh, toasted just right, and the coffee was easily a 10/10—hot, smooth, and perfectly made. The service was quick, friendly, and polite, even though it was a busy time of day.

One of the worst controlled parking lots of a Tim Horton I have ever experienced. There needs to be more clearly marked routes for drive-thru, the staff is super nice and friendly.

I ordered a cold brew from drive through but I forgot to mention hazelnut, so I pulled up and mentioned it! But they made an Iced coffee with hazelnut and espresso form and added a bunch of sugar to it! I realized it later and couldn’t drive back because I was in a hurry! And also other day I ordered an iced coffee and they make an ice capp! I feel the employees need to be trained properly about the drinks and how to make them properly! So that they do go around all confused!

Find another one. Better yet, stop going to Tim Horton's completely. Bottle of orange juice had already been opened, coffee was diluted and lukewarm, no sweetener, person at window was like a limp fish.
Reply to Tim Horton's response: I tried to give feedback to Tim Horton's in the past and it goes into a bureaucratic vacuum of meaningless platitudes. So thanks anyway but perhaps focus on fixing your broken company instead of asking me to burn more time on this. Have a good day.
