Went early today, lady at drive thru claimed they don't sell chai tea latte, I usually order this in every tim hortons , but this one claimed they don't sell them. So I asked for a pumpkin spice latte instead, so she said her latte machine was not working.. so the excuse obviously you didn't want to make it ?

I recently visited this Tim Hortons location and tried their new pizza along with a classic Boston Cream donut. The food was delicious—both the pizza and the donut were fresh and satisfying. But what really stood out during my visit was the excellent customer service. The cashier was incredibly patient and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The location was also clean and well-maintained, making for an overall pleasant visit. Highly recommend this spot, especially for the friendly and attentive staff!

Drive through employee extremely rude. Tossed my bagel out to me before I could even reach out to grab it then he turned around and ignored me. Bigger dude not friendly. Starbucks customer service is so much better than here lol

Love watching the employees handle food with no gloves on !!! Everyday we see the baker handling the donuts and fondant with no gloves on !!!

Staff is fast & efficient in the drive thru, but if you want to go inside to beat the line up - don’t bother. Very slow. I ended up leaving as the wait was too long. Good location too, right by the highway.
