I usually enjoy coming here before work and have always had a simple, pleasant experience. However, today was disappointing. I ordered a drink, but the staff member misheard me and gave me the wrong one. Instead of apologizing and correcting the mistake, she argued with me and insisted I hadn’t said what I clearly did. That really threw me off, especially since I was respectful throughout the interaction. I hope management emphasizes better customer service and respect in training, as experiences like this discourage loyal customers from returning.

Why the hell would you clean your ice capp machines in the middle of the day?? Especially when its fricken hot out. Maybe stsrt cleaning the machines at night! So ridiculous!

When i asked for a whopper the girl in the cashier that was indian spat at me and told me this isnt burger king in her indian accent and when i told her i didn’t understand because of her accent she was about to hop over the counter and roundhouse kick me but the other workers held her back, today’s just not my day 💔💔😔😔😔
