Just moved the area and decided to try this Tim's out this afternoon. I have to say the 2 gentlemen working behind the counter have got to be the most miserable human beings in customer service I have ever encountered. Neither of them acknowledged any of the customers, no thank you and when I tried to interact, I was just given a blank stare. They clearly hate their jobs and shouldn't be working in this industry. Also, both of my coffees were luke warm at the most.

The women’s bathroom is absolutely nasty, it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for days. There was blood on the toilet seat, the garbage was overflowing with dirty diapers and the sink area was gross

I visit this Tim Hortons often since it’s close to my work, but this time the service was unacceptable. The staff looked unhappy and unapproachable. I received a poorly made wrap with the veggies falling out, and when I returned it, the employee wearing a black mask said they were out of ingredients and told me to eat it with a fork without offering any apology. Very disappointing and unprofessional. If staff can’t handle customers properly, they shouldn’t be working in customer service.

Well to start this place needs s refresh. At the front door there is a broken ceramic tile. It looks like it has been there for ages.
The rest of the tiles here are scratched and appeared very warn. Another thing. I had to ask for my table to be cleaned. There was a fair amount of garbage on the floor. No staff were assigned to tidy up the interior of the restaurant. The windows were clear and fine. That was one bright spot.
The garbage/recycle box was nearly full. Again no one to attend to this. You need to step it up with cleaning your premises.
Otherwise I will take my business elsewhere.

Smells bad like burning inside and they let people stand out and smoke under the over hang all day and night. Also the big guy and skinny guy that work in The afternoon never smile or anything. Look like they hate being there.

Absolutely disgusting. I went in today for a coffee and I asked for two timbits and while I was standing there ordering I noticed that the woman who was refilling the donuts was using her bare hands. Her and the two cashiers tried to tell me it’s OK because she’s a baker and she has clean hands so it doesn’t matter if she Uses her nasty, bare hands to handle food. I certainly hope this isn’t a Tim Hortons policy, but either way that’s nasty. And No, I didn’t take my timbits with me.

I usually enjoy coming here before work and have always had a simple, pleasant experience. However, today was disappointing. I ordered a drink, but the staff member misheard me and gave me the wrong one. Instead of apologizing and correcting the mistake, she argued with me and insisted I hadn’t said what I clearly did. That really threw me off, especially since I was respectful throughout the interaction. I hope management emphasizes better customer service and respect in training, as experiences like this discourage loyal customers from returning.
