I placed my order on the app. When I got to the store, it was very busy at lunch time on a Friday. There were only 3 people working up front. The one person was new I think, so really wasn’t up to speed. There should be more coverage at lunch time. They didn’t have the bread I requested for my sandwich and when I got my order over 20 minutes later, they gave me the wrong flavour of muffin. The young red headed man on Thursday was absolutely wonderful so kind and friendly service with a smile I had a latte and it was the best I have had in a while not very often nowadays you get such great service wish I knew your name job we done ?
Even though there is no drive through this is the BEST Tim Hortons in St.Catharine’s. Super friendly staff. Amazing service always with a smile. Love it! Thank you to the wonderful staff.
