The men’s bathroom is in need of lost of help. The two urinal have been broken for 3 week or longer. The bathroom is never clean and walls and floors always dirty

I don't know who cleans this men's restroom , but this is totally not been cleaned in quite sometime.
Once again filthy washrooms and worse than a few weeks ago. Both urinals out of order. And the stink in the washroom, unbelievable!!! Also posted and management could not correct the issue and not even a reply!!! Shame on the owner

The service, quality and cleanliness of Tim Horton’s franchises has really gone downhill over the past few years. I rarely go there anymore (choosing rather to use my Keurig instead of paying for rude service, inconsistent tasting coffee, sandwiches that look like they were made for a prank and unhygienic food handling procedures), but on the odd occasion I do give them my business they don’t even put your food in a bag anymore, and God forbid you trouble them for some condiments. Is this normal now to just hand a customer a sandwich wrapped in wax paper at the drive through window? I won’t even set foot inside a TH restaurant anymore because most of the time they’re filthy and their employees ignore you even if they’re not doing anything. It’s like they don’t care about good customer service, quality or hygiene at all. It’s sad.
I go to this location frequently and Alina always remembers me. She is very friendly and helpful. Always smiling. She is an asset to this Tim Hortons.

Very bad experience at the Tim Hortons Hartzell branch. The employees are rude, and even the manager is very unprofessional. I ordered a Farmer’s Wrap with extra sauce and crispy onion, but there was barely any sauce or onion in it. When I asked politely for more sauce, they rudely refused unless I paid extra, speaking to me in a way that made me feel like I was begging. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. Definitely the worst Tim Hortons location I’ve been to. And also tables are very dirty!!
