This Tim Hortons is in a rough spot, so it's hard for the employees I bet! Hannah and the manager Moe are always great to me though! I've always had a good experience with the employees, even during rough impatient times.

Every time I come here, their espresso machine is down. Maybe some sort of sign should be up, so people don’t go into the drive-through and get held hostage there because you guys don’t have an item that’s on your menu. At least offer something for free for wasting my time.

Had an amazing experience here! Everyone was super friendly and the food was great. Shoutout to the tall gentleman Reggie he was awesome and went above and beyond to help me understand the Tim Hortons App. He even got me set up, and now I'm collecting points. PERFECT SERVICE!

Every single time, no matter how I ask there is always sugar added to my black iced coffee. I ask for no sugar every time and still always get it. I've even tried to order ahead with the app and still someone keeps adding sugar as the default. The specifications on the app show zero sugar so I shouldn't have to say no sugar.

Went through tim hortons to get my friend a coffee, a bagel and a bottle of pop. Sold out of popcorn but ordered the plain bagel, double toasted with butter. Got the coffee and bagel. Bagel was barely even warm, DEFINITELY not double toasted, and they initially just slapped a huge chunk of butter in the middle of the bagel. Tried to spread it around and clearly that didn't work since the bagel wasn't even warm cause when I bit into it, I just got a mouthful of butter and spit it out. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! If you consider yourself a high volume store and can't handle the traffic, then why serve what's supposed to be HOT food through your drive thru? I waited almost 10min in line at drive thru with 5 cars in front of me. I rarely will write a review based on a bad experience but lately this location is extremely lacking. Half the time the espresso machine is down so I've taken to going elsewhere but I didn't have time this morning and this location was on my way. I tried to call to speak to a manager and the line was so cracked and manager claimed he couldn't hear me(not the first time either and have called from different devices so clearly its their line). So at this point I figured fine, take it to reviews since clearly thats the only way to get your point across

Absolutely unacceptable experience today. I stopped in for some Timbits and found flies inside the sweets display. When I pointed it out, the staff’s response was basically, “This is all we have, I can still give it to you.” Seriously? That’s not just unprofessional—it’s a health hazard. The place showed zero cleanliness and zero concern for customers’ safety. Disgusting and irresponsible. I strongly recommend avoiding this Tim Hortons

Some of the cashiers have bad attitudes and don't know how to properly serve a meal more over these ridiculous prices for coffee and old fashion donuts are ridiculously insane.

This location never has any chicken or bacon. It is now 5: 04pm on Thursday Nov 6 and I can't even get a sandwich for dinner. If this location is not able to have breakfast, lunch or dinner items they should close! This is not the first time either. This happened several times a week. It's getting ridiculous.
