Five Stars for Sarah and the Whole Team! I have to take a moment to give a huge shout-out to Sarah at this Tim Hortons location! Honestly, she is the reason I keep coming back. Every time I'm in the drive-thru or inside, Sarah is an absolute ray of sunshine. She consistently has the most genuine, warm, and welcoming attitude. No matter how busy or rushed the store is, she takes the time to make you feel like your order is the most important one. She's incredibly efficient, always gets my slightly complicated order right, and she does it all with a smile that brightens my day. She is the epitome of great customer service. Beyond Sarah, the entire team at this location is top-notch. The coffee is always hot and fresh, the restaurant is clean, and the service is speedy. It's clear that the management here runs a great ship and truly values a positive customer experience. If you're in the area and need your Tim Hortons fix, come to this store! I grabbed my drink today and was really impressed. Everything was clean, well organized, and the service was quick. The staff worked efficiently while still being polite and professional, which made the whole experience so smooth. My order came out just right and without any wait, which I really appreciated. It’s always nice to see a place that takes care of both the quality and the cleanliness at the same time. Excellent service all around!

Always great coffee from this location, even today, however, no one likes eating a dry bagel when they ordered it to have cream cheese!! I mean come on, you charge extra for a dollop of cream cheese, I expect to be able to taste the cream cheese! Do better!

The service is extremely slow and it seems that they can only take care of one thing at a time. There is no flow whatsoever here. This and other fast food places are definitely not fast. If I was able to do 0 stats I would.

Im pleasantly surprised by how nice the staff at this location are. So much friendlier than the other Tim's locations nearby (especially Scott St). Whoever is managing this location is doing something right for their staff morale

Today I wanted something sweet so I stopped at timis it was crazy busy!! But luckily the staff was very helpful I specifically remember one staff members Daniella she puts C on Customer service pls keep the good job☺️☺️

Waited ten minutes in line for a coffee was supposed to be 2 cream 3 sugar, looks like it was made with milk and tastes like it has like atleast 5 sugars in it. Pretty gross and unfortunately it isn't the first time my order has been incorrectly made at this location. Not worth my drive back across town to get it fixed.
I would just like to acknowledge the best team in this city. I have been going to this location for a few years on and off and I have found that over the last few months the early morning team is on point! Happy, friendly and accurate, it’s an amazing way to start the day and I have since made this my go to stop every morning! Thanks for being you and putting in a solid effort! It’s noticed and appreciated 🙏🏼

Always a great stop! The staff here are super friendly and efficient even during the busy morning rush, my order is ready quickly and exactly how I like it. The coffee is fresh, the food is hot, and the location is always clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciate the consistency and how the team handles mobile orders with care. A reliable spot whether I’m on the go or sitting down to relax. Keep up the great work!

I ordered ice coffee, pumpkin one, what I got was a far from the order, is there any supervision? There were noone elsy in drive through , 3 attendants talk together and joking, the drink I got had barely cream , the taste was disgusting, throw it out.....

If I could give negative stars I would. The person that was helping the customers was not customer oriented. They served a customer before me and while doing there order she was talking none stop with another co-worker. It then got very busy and people in the drivthru didn't come to help the line. They did eventually come 5 min later. Lastly i asked for a tray and they didn't have any so she went to drive thru to grab it. The oven was beeping and she said here's your tray and plopped it down in front of the drinks and I had to tray it. I asked for an ice cap and it usually comes with a straw and she never gave one I had to ask for one.
Overall the experience was awful.

Not only got my tea wrong, they put cream instead of milk. They didn't double toast my bagel and they didn't put extra b butter like I asked bad service takes too long
