Went there this morning (7:45am) and ordered a double stacked English muffin for like six bucks and these guys give me a biscuit with some egg on it. Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with this floppy egg sandwich. Especially annoying when the person on the mic double checked with me that it was a double stacked. Only reason they’re getting a one star and not zero is because there is no option for zero and my coffee is hot.

I’ve never seen a worse Tim Hortons in Canada. Zero hygiene, zero taste, and zero friendliness. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I have been boycotting tim hortons for the last year because quality/service has plummeted. Today I decided to try it again, and they just cant seem to not get something wrong, don't waste your money, just go anywhere else. 0/10

Avoid this Tims at all costs! I love my Iced capps but it's not worth ingesting literal plastic chunks. Tonight when I ordered my drink I noticed chunks of white plastic in the bottom of my cup. Pretty grossed out and worried I swallowed some. Small and big pieces... Not to mention they shorted me change. I'm sure customer service won't contact me back. This is what you get for hiring kids that don't care about their job.

We placed a large order during a very busy time and fully understood the situation. Two drinks were forgotten, which we accepted without complaint. However, the most disappointing part was the behavior of the manager. Instead of handling the issue professionally, she was rude and insulting in front of other customers. She openly refused to apologize and made personal remarks such as saying she “can’t deal with your face.” This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position. Mistakes can happen, but disrespect from a manager is not something customers should experience.

Drive thru lined up almost onto the road, line up inside is absolutely ridiculous. Shouldn't take 10 mins to get food and coffee. Very embarrassing

Went in and ordered two hot drinks and one food order. The young female staff member who waited on me was more interested in carrying on a conversation with a male friend who was ahead of me and waiting for his order. She kept entering the wrong information. I asked her if she would rather have a talk with her buddy or take the order. She apologized but then continued doing it!!!
I received my order. My tea ended up being a coffee. My food order was not what I had ordered. I spoke with a manager but won't return to this location. The manager needs to actually
Manage the staff.

seriously really?

I just wanted to say that every time I go to this location( Fairview Mall, St. Catharines) I get the perfect cup of tea. It's a little further away from me but when I'm out shopping in that area and I want tea I go here. Not every store gives me a perfect tea, usually they dont put enough milk in but here it is perfect every time and I mean every time. It's one of those ahhh moments when I take my first sip. Thanks to everyone working there for my experiences.

Drive-thru always takes forever you'll be sitting there for 10 minutes with no movement inside isn't much better it just they're so slow. With how slow they are you would think that the food would taste better or be put together better but it's not
