Likely a reflection on the ownership of this franchise as well. I don’t typical make reviews like this, but I’m embarrassed this behavior for a business is acceptable. Do better.

waited 10 minutes for food, everyone got theres before ours, asked about it and the lady was rude and snotty, said someone took it but they never capoed it at all. we accidentally grabbed someone elses food mind you it was wrapped up, the lady asks the person who it belonged to if they were ok with us touching it, finally gave us our food we didnt say thank you because the lady was rude and snotty, she ends with a “youre welcome” after not saying thank you. very rude
This place has some bad people with attitude they give ma cold tea and I went back to ask for hot tea and they give me on the same cup hot tea with bad attitude This place never learns they have some bad attitude here they thing they are giving it for free

Won't support this store anymore. The atmosphere here sucks. You have supervisors here that yell at employees, always seem to be outside smoking when the regular staff is busy, pure lazy, they always looks and seems miserable. AND how do you let you employees from another country speak there language??? Absolutely disgusting. I have been a regular in this store for a long time. When you have 2 or more of your employees talking there language, its just BAD BUSINESS. Myself and a few others I know will now become regulars at Starbucks. Get your employees to SPEAK ENGLISH Tim hortons! Im sorry but Tim hortons is a canadian company, your working in Canada now, please speak our language. Maybe if the owner was more involved with there store, it wouldn't be going down hill. PLEASE TIM HORTONS.... NO MORE TALKING DIFFERENT LANGUAGES IN STORES! IMPROVE MANAGEMENT- IT SUCKS!

Generally all around great service but I do not this its okay for other cultures to talk bad on their coworkers and customers in their language thinking no one would understand the short Indian girl with glasses and the average height Indian guy should be written up as they both speak fluent English and only use there language to talk bad on others
