There is 10 to 15 minutes waiting for each of my order that was order at the same time, the hot chocolate and the coffee was old and very cold and when asked to change they just microwaved, and tables were super dirty. the price is same as Starbucks but terrible service and food never again

Coffee was old and burnt and the doughnuts are garbage compared to what they used to be. I have completely given up coffee shop coffee and make all my hot drinks at home now for a fraction of the cost. Better quality and I'm much friendlier than 99% of the staff. Tim Hortons is a dying business, just trying to keep up with fast food joints and failing miserably! Would recommend 7-11 coffee, or anywhere other than here!

Had to wait for food. Missed cream cheese on a bagel. Argued over whether we received our bagel or not and could see we didn't. Could here them accusing each other in the back who made it and who didn't. They have made the customer eating area much smaller. Kitchen area much larger but hasn't helped with the speed of processing orders. So many errors on orders.
Parking: Tight parking area right out the doors. Limited accessible parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: No accessible seating. Major code violation.

Dam coffee suks hear. ive had it 3 times and not once was it ever hot. It's been luke warm. U think after the reno it be better coffee but nope

i bought two bowls one lime cilantro crispy and habanero crispy… lime one was good but habanero they gave me spoiled chicken its smell and taste was nasty as hell .. i got problem in my stomach with that … they took around 4-5 to make but i don’t know why the chicken was rotten … i will never suggest anyone to go there …

Went to this location today and can honestly say how disgusting and messy it was. Fruit flies flying around, food on the floor, tables not wiped down. Now before your customer service representative tells me to fill out a form or call a number (which I won't be doing) maybe you should tell your workers to maybe do the job they get paid to do and work because all I can say is that if public health came in today and saw what I saw they would be shutting this location down.

Just in Tim Hortons with a friend. He suffers from headaches and his vision sometimes blurs. One of the employees was very curt with him then mouthed the word crackhead to another employee claiming he needed to check the bathroom. Rude. Never again visiting that Tim
