I visited this Tim Hortons and would highly recommend it.

Although it was busy when I visited in the walk in, I had a good experience, I waited a couple minutes in the line as I could tell they were busy but the service really made my day they wished me a Merry Christmas with smiles on their face and for an old man like myself who dosent get to see people everyday it made me happy.
What looks to be the manager was the kindest young lady and had a smile on her face while serving every customer this is what I love to see when I go into a place. You can tell all of the staff here get along nicely and respect their manager as she was so kind to them all and although they were busy they respected her and she respected them.
My coffees for my wife and I were made amazingly and so were our breakfast sandwiches, not only was the service good but so was the coffee and breakfast.
I would recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone looking for kindness and happiness in their day!

Came in this morning to get some gift cards for Christmas gifts and the staff here were so friendly and the mangers were extremely helpful getting all my gift cards for me .
This is my favorite Tim Hortons in the city everyone is always so welcoming and fast.
I recommend all my friends and family to visit this location

I don't want to be this person, but I've had enough with this Tim Hortons, I've given them MANY chances.. and they don't seem to get things right. Every time I either go there in person or order through ubereats or doordash, it's disgusting. Coffee is burnt and undrinkable... Food is not able to be eaten either.
This store needs proper training and better staff.

Its frustrating that most of the workers barely speak English, and dont seem to know how to use alot of the machines...So it takes quite alot longer to get my order, compared to other locations ive been too. Many of them are like this though. Some have a great staff and will get you a coffee within a minute....It takes around 5 minutes at this location when ive been there recently, JUST to get an xmas candy cane white hotchocolate. Atleast once I get it in hand, it's DELICIOUS!! I just wish there was better service. Knowing so many people who can't find jobs at the moment, who can speak proper English and learn how to use the basic machines quickly...Why they continue to hire people who make service significantly harder to deal with, and take sometimes 5 times as long to get me my order is infuriating. Ive lived near this location for most of my life, and it was always a great and quick experience with a comfortable atmosphere!...Now its become immigrant workers, that are taking jobs away from Canadians during our economic crisis. Its happening almost everywhere though, its just dissapointing seeing Tim Hortons doing this. Being a Canadian restaurant/coffee shop...I would think it would be more of a priority to makesure thier staff can speak/understand english and give Canadians service they've been used too for YEARS. One more negative on this. The workers are quite rude when me and my girlfriend/friends are trying to order...Getting annoyed and raisis their voices with glares, when having to repeat ourselves multiple times and have to correct them just as many times. Aswell as not being able to understand them is extremely frustrating, and honestly its caused people I know to stop going to Tim Horton's. Yet everywhere is becoming like this, so there's not many better alternatives. If they'd hire some Canadian workers who are in NEED of work, Ide be MUCH happier going there and continuing to buy Tim Horton's products.

I was at the drive thru ordered for a steeped tea, bottom of the cup is having the tea leaves not stained well, I tried to getting the orders from the front counter, they could not take right orders, I just order medium tea they gave me small tea. I asked for the medium again, they have filled the small steeped tea to the medium cup and added sugar and cream for medium coffee, that made my coffee too sweet and cold that I could not drink, very neglected staff.

I usually visit the bunting and Carlton location but with there renovations I made my way down to Scott st this morning.
I came inside and the staff and management team there were so welcoming that I might make this my regular Tim Hortons for good.
Highly recommended coming to visit this location

Two old ladies working at the drive thru window were incredibly rude and impatient when the app payment did not go through. I had it ready for ten minutes but they assumed I just pulled it up. I asked if I could refund and try again but I could hear the younger white lady yell IM NOT REFUNDING HIM and they simply wanted to rush me through the line. I’ll be back for a refund and next time I’ll just leave my car in park for longer!

I asked for 2 Sandwhichs a bacon breakfast on an English muffin and a sausage breakfast on a biscuit and they where opposite, go in to get it fixed, fine. Figured it was good. Get home I still had to fix them myself. Can your employees read or do they just not car about there customers ?

October 13 2025 I Ordered a Steak craveable sandwich - the amount of meat in the sandwich is ONE THIRD of what other Tim Hortons locations put in the same sandwich!!!

Ordered steeped tea and it came out with no taste at all . Blunt taste. Poor customer service. It's not the first time i ordered. Last time the ordered was same . I have to go brock university tim horton to get my fresh steeped tea 🍵

There is 10 to 15 minutes waiting for each of my order that was order at the same time, the hot chocolate and the coffee was old and very cold and when asked to change they just microwaved, and tables were super dirty. the price is same as Starbucks but terrible service and food never again
