It was extremely cold in the restaurant. Uncomfortably cold actually. Was difficult to enjoy the meal. When asked if they could increase the heat- we were told this is the best they have. I do think they need to find a more powerful heat source if they are going to be an all season restaurant. They had two space heaters in the restaurant but it really wasn't effective enough. There was another couple beside us who felt the same. Food was great. Service was great. Restaurant...
Very, very nice experience both times we've been there. The food is very good, the staff is knowledgeable and engaging. Although not a specific menu item, the sommelier put together a wine pairing for us for each course that was amazing. The place is small so the noise level is very dependent on the behaviour of the other tables. I hate to use the term good value but it really is even though we go there because it's a great place not because we feel it's good value....
We have been here a few times in the past with great results, but 2025 new years eve was disappointing. The temp in the room was very cold and worse wher the door opened to let people in. Out of 8 guests at our table only one meal was hot. My Bison steak was refrigerator cold as was another guests at the table. Our server did offer to reheat all our dishes but we were on a tight timeline for a show at the PAC. Flavor was good but the overall experience was not the best this time....
