Great poutine, fries, and burgers for a decent price. Have been coming here these past few months. However recently they had a giant speaker put in the store right by the register that is constantly blasting loud music. I can barely hear the person serving me over it. I literally had to leave the store and wait outside in the rain for my order the last time I came because it was so overwhelming.
I am autistic and am highly sensitive to loud noises and this speaker blasting its music makes the place inaccessible to me. I don't think I will be coming back until the people there learn to listen to music at a reasonable volume. I really don't understand why a pita shop has to sound like a night club.

Just saw a cockroach run across the Glass I demanded my money back and he tried to act like it was nothing DON'T EAT HERE you will get sick!!!!!!!
They have cockroaches very yucky don’t eat here??
I used to love this place when I was younger the food is still pretty good service is alright but I do not recommend eating inside because the booth seems to be infested with what I'm assuming are roaches. So that makes for an uncomfortable meal if you do sit inside unless you sit at the table with the high chairs, then your less likely to see them.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Went in to order and the place seemed very dirty the floor and tables had lots of crumbs, so no surprise when I saw THREE cockroaches without even looking hard. One was on the area where the ingredients are sadly.

I found a bug in my food! ?
I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Pita served as a salad. As I was finishing the final bites of my salad, I found a bug. It looked like it was cooked with my chicken. I hear that bugs are a more sustainable source of protein than chicken so it’s great that U Need A Pita is being environmentally conscious, but this isn’t what I ordered!
A previous review said they saw 3 bugs in the restaurant. I guess there’s 2 left now.

I got the loaded pierogis and they were really good! I finished em in like 10 mins.
Vegetarian options: I also tried their vegan pita and that was good as well, its often hard to find beyond meat that tastes good, but this one was good!

Had absolutely amazing experience. Pita was great and customer service was excellent. I would 100% recommend everyone to stop by and give this place a try for authentic pita and burger.
The food was okay, much and cheap. BUT, I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw three house bugs scuttling over the counter next to the ingredients. That's a NO-GO!!!

Ordered a grilled chicken wrap on a pita. Worst chicken wrap ever . The pita was broken and falling apart, smh. If u wanna use the washroom you gotta use the staff washroom which is disgustingly dirty. If you want a receipt they cannot give you one, totally ridiculous smh. Save your money, trust me.

Paid 20$ for a double pulled pork poutine thinking it was gonna be epic. The bottom half didn't even have a drop of gravy. Basically paid 20$ for stale fries. They cheaper out on the food and it's just not worth it anymore.
The food was delicious and the worker was very nice :)
