If I have to describe this food place in one word it would be GARBAGE I got the burger which was cold right there and they said it's chicken breast they use which was actually chicken nugget that we get in 10$ bag from walmart. Dirty and poorly maintained, food on the walls, tiles falling off and toilet broken. 2 burger, 2 pitas, drinks and splitting fries for me, my wife and 2 small children was almost $100. Quality was mediocre and several mistakes were made on our orders, despite us being the only customers. Avoid if at all possible, several cheaper/better places in the immediate vicinity. A/C was also cranked way too low, wife and kids were freezing.

Our family ordered over $60 in burgers and fries this evening and it was all terrible! The fries were rock hard and brown, the burgers were extremely tough that our 2 littles couldn’t eat theirs. Everyone refused to eat the fries. Money down the drain and no one was fed dinner tonight. This place has been very hit or miss, but lately every order we’ve placed has been inedible. We won’t be ordering here again.We tried multiple times to call the restaurant to try and correct this, no answer every time.

I don't usually like to post bad reviews...but I just have to share my experience... After I ordered, I realized how dirty the place was. It had a weird smell, the floors were soo sticky, the glass had dust and splatter marks all over. And the person who took my order had placed a tablet on the counter where food was being prepared... He was touching the tablet and then touching food with the same hand while preparing someone else's order(I'm guessing it was an online order).. I was pretty grossed out so I asked him to change his gloves, and he did. But The food was disappointing, I got the vegan taco pita so whatever mixture of spices they put on the beyond meat was just sooo salty. I couldn't finish it.

Honestly if I could rate this lower than one star I would. I used to LOVE this restaurant but the quality has seriously gone downhill and I've given it several chances. Tonight was the last straw. I ordered the Spicy burger and the order was completely wrong. They used regular jalapenos instead of deep fried, and processed cheese instead of cheddar cheese, among other things wrong with the order. This may not sound like much but if I am paying extra for the special burger I expect the premium products that I'm paying for, and that my order will be correct. I was denied a refund and am now out money that I can't get back for another dinner (I have dietary issues with processed cheddar and cannot eat the burger). The poutine tasted like someone put Lysol in the gravy. Additionally, the restaurant always smells like sewage and is really off-putting. I will NEVER waste money here again and am EXTREMELY disappointed. Definitely a waste of a birthday dinner.

This place is disgusting! Burger was grey, pitas were old, the chicken was dry and the cups were from 2022! Filthy inside....do not go. I don't know how it passed the inspection. The only recommendation is RUN AWAY!

This was the worst souvlaki pita I have had. I always used to come to this location looks like new owners. The chicken is pre cooked NOT fresh cooked on the grill like it used to be just reheated. It tastes like it was pre boiled or something....and kind of mushy. Lettuce was getting stringy too. I will never return to this location again and may just switch to pita pit.In response to owners reply: this is the only UNeedAPita location I have ever gone to and YES they did cook the chicken fresh on the grill in front of customers. I used to watch them put the raw chicken on the grill/griddle and I would not mind to wait an extra couple of minutes for the much better flavour.
