This place used to be so awesome. Now every time I go in, I feel like I am stepping into some place where I don't belong. The girls behind the counter talk to you like they could absolutely care less and like you're interrupting them. I was told to line up in one area for a smoothie then an eyeroll and told to move to another line? They seem to only be kind to employees from the Hospital. Really a shame.

So happy this location is so close to the hospital. Love getting healthy choices here.

First time here and it was wonderful. Had a Dragon Bowl and Mediterranean burrito. Everything was so fresh and made to order. The customer service was exceptional. Plenty of parking and a nice, clean environment. Great value for the money. We will be back, again and again!!

Overall the experience was quick and the options are plentiful. I came with my teammates for a healthy lunch, and we were all able to find something here. I thought my smoothie bowl was good, but all my pieces of mango were extremely hard. I think it's a bit pricey, but overall it was a good experience. There's no seating inside, but there's plenty of parking.

Disappointed is the least I can say about today’s order. How would you feel when you get back to work after picking up your order and find spoiled lettuce in your food? This is just some I picked out while eating, there were more I took out while tossing my salad. I wish I took a picture of it. I called and let them know that with their prices, the lettuce has to be fresh always! The person speaking to me apologized and said I’m looking at the lettuce now, and it seems fine 😐. I guess I should’ve stayed by the counter and watched what they were putting in my bowl.

Terrible Experience – Misleading Menu and No Accountability

This place does not properly list ingredients on their menu. I ordered the Hulk Smoothie Bowl specifically because it was the only option without nuts listed. When I received it, it had walnuts in it. I immediately called, and the staff seemed confused at first, then admitted that the granola contained nuts—something not mentioned anywhere on the menu.

When I requested a replacement without walnuts, they refused to accommodate or reimburse me, saying I should have mentioned I had a peanut allergy. That is not the point—ingredients should be clearly disclosed so customers can make informed choices. This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I've had.

If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, be extremely cautious ordering here, as they do not take ingredient transparency or customer safety seriously.

Terrible service. I ordered ahead using their app. I went to the store 20 mins later (when the order was supposed to be ready) and the staff didn’t even acknowledge me for at least 10 mins. Then I was told that they didn’t get my order ready. I had to wait for a family of 6 to get their order before mine was made. There were at least 4 employees working and no one had any idea what they were doing.
