Terrible Experience – Misleading Menu and No Accountability
This place does not properly list ingredients on their menu. I ordered the Hulk Smoothie Bowl specifically because it was the only option without nuts listed. When I received it, it had walnuts in it. I immediately called, and the staff seemed confused at first, then admitted that the granola contained nuts—something not mentioned anywhere on the menu.
When I requested a replacement without walnuts, they refused to accommodate or reimburse me, saying I should have mentioned I had a peanut allergy. That is not the point—ingredients should be clearly disclosed so customers can make informed choices. This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I've had.
If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, be extremely cautious ordering here, as they do not take ingredient transparency or customer safety seriously.

Terrible service. I ordered ahead using their app. I went to the store 20 mins later (when the order was supposed to be ready) and the staff didn’t even acknowledge me for at least 10 mins. Then I was told that they didn’t get my order ready. I had to wait for a family of 6 to get their order before mine was made. There were at least 4 employees working and no one had any idea what they were doing.

Very delicious poke. The sauce goes well with vegetables and rice. As a poke lover, I am very satisfied with this dish. I highly recommend it! (If you can’t finish the rice, I suggest you just start with 2/3 of the rice.) Will repurchase again, it’s delicious!

I have come to the 4th Ave location on a number of occasions and I will say this experience by far was the worst I have ever had. The 5 staff that saw my mom and I walk in saw us walk over to the smoothie bar to make an order. While standing there not one person said a word to us until a customer who saw us standing there for an extended period of time drew the staffs attention to us and said we were waiting for some time. I was then told on repeat to go down to the end of the bar to place my order and get back in line. While waiting behind another customer that was there after us another staff member looked past me and asked the person behind me what they wanted. It was then I chirped up and said I was next. Not at one point did anyone say sorry for the wait or bypassing me as it was clear as day I was next in line. Very disappointed in this experience and lack of customer service. I will certainly reconsider my future visits to this business.

I tried the blue smoothie bowl and it was so delicious‼️ I don’t like peppers or tomatoes but when I ordered the chipotle bowl the peppers and tomatoes taste so much better than normal. Staff is also very kind ??

On September 21, 2024 around 1pm, I ordered a healthy teriyaki lunch bowl from urban cravings on skip and had it delivered to work. It was a very busy shift that day. When lunch arrived, the sweetest message was written by the staff on my delivery bag, which made my entire day. The presentation of my lunch was well done and it was also very delicious! I can’t wait to order again! Thank you to the staff that went the extra step to make this an exceptional order for me. A little kindness goes a long way, and you deserve to be recognized for it! Thank you for your amazing 5 star service.

I have been a customer here for years, the food is healthy and fresh. However I can’t wrap my head around the environment and culture of this place. Smile at your customers!
Ordered 3 smoothie bowls today. Chocolate peanut butter, Urban Oasis and Blue Majik. All three were amazing!!! My 16 month old granddaughter made her rounds making sure she got a little of each. What a great treat for a Sunday afternoon!

I ordered an avocado smash salad..I asked for half romaine lettuce and half mixed greens...I had to remove half of the romaine lettuce from my salad because it was brown and yucky... extremely disappointing

The food here is good but what is the point to pre order online if your food hasn’t even been started when you get to the store? I was to pick up at 1:35 and I got there at 2pm because I was held up at work and my order wasn’t even started. I don’t have time to waste as I’m on a quick break. This is why I pre-order. If I hadn’t paid already online, I would’ve just left the store.

4 stars for food because the sweet basil dressing is way too oily with no basil flavour.
Dietary restrictions: Vegan options (no Vegan cheese though) My daughter has celiac disease and eats here safely.
