Not sure what is happening with the beloved Acai bowl but the last couple of times I have ordered it, it's just so overrun with peanut butter it is off putting and this is coming from someone who eats peanut butter every day. It should more accurately be called the Peanut Butter jar!

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at Urban Cravings. The staff appeared inexperienced, were not particularly friendly. The quality and consistency of the food have noticeably declined. When I inquired about my order — which appeared to be missing toppings and was noticeably smaller than usual — I was told that “it depends on who makes it,” and no effort was made to resolve the issue. I would strongly recommend providing additional staff training to ensure consistency, quality, and a better overall customer experience. Will not be back anytime soon !

I found it is an unfriendly environment. The service was slow. The tuna was not added to my order although I'd paid for it. I am not sure if I check another location....
shoutout to all the ladies that work at this location, always impressed & greeted with a smile, great place to stop and quickly get a smoothie or salad, 10/10 recommend!

Great FOOD but terrible customer service when something goes wrong. Ordered a customer salad one time they forgot the dressing , when I called back they were like , yah drive back to get some, we'll no sorry my lunch is already finished I don't have time to drive back, another time I accidentally placed an order at a different location and when I came to pickup my order they said I had to pay for the additional one that was made incorrectly ? Like why would I pay for two salads and also why would I drive across town to pickup the one that was made incorrectly when I'm on my lunch , terrible customer service , asking me to pay for two salads ! That doesn't make any sense and literally no other food place would make you do that. So again great food but go luck if you need great customer service , they definitely don't care about their customers.

We showed up at 930am and the doors were accidently left open (they didn't open until 10am) the manager was so kind and had the worker make my daughter an acai bowl even though they were closed. My daughter just got her bottom braces on and really wanted the smoothie bowl before I brought her back to school. Amazing service and compassion towards my daughter. I will return to this location (during normal hours lol) to continue to support such a great business. The bowl was yummy too! Thanks so much for accommodating us.
