Layal the Waitress is a 10 out of 10. We were there 3 weeks ago on a Saturday night . The service was outstanding. 5.people and one of my friends is Gulten free. They even offered her special Gulten free bread. They surprised her. I can't wait to go back. I live in Beamsville Ontario. We have Italian restaurants in Beamsville and Grimsby. But the Valley beats them ALL. GOING BACK NEXT WEEK AGAIN

From the first moment I walked in was in heaven. The ambience was stunning and uplifting. Food was fresh and delicious. But most of all our server Eden was phenomenal! The Valley is one of our favourite restaurants in Niagara and last night's meal was truly on of our best yet! The special was lobster ravioli and they were delicious as were the pistachio crusted scallops. As always, Nadia stopped by our table to make sure everything was to our liking. The entire staff is pleasant, professional and so engaging. It is the place to go for all our special occasions.

This was my first time trying Valley Restaurant and it was amazing! I don't get much time off work, and as such me and my partner don't get to go out often. I wanted to do something special and I've heard good things about Valley so I thought setting up a date night would be sweet and it was! The aesthetic of the restaurant is very natural and cozy (I enjoyed the table lamp having different brightness settings), the service was both swift and courteous and the food was absolutely delicious - I recommend the lasagne! I'm definitely looking forward to eating here again in the future.

Valley is normally my go to for fine dining. However my experience was hit and miss, this time around. The pasta was delicious , my whipped ricotta/vegetables was cold, didn't look freshly prepared. Our server was amazing! The coffee was barely lukewarm. 3/5 for this visit.

We have been dining at the Valley for over 50 years. A family favorite. Love that Nadia kept the same type of integrity with adding her touch. We are not exotic or adventurous in our meals and truly appreciate that our go to's are still offered and excellent!
Valley restaurant is a destination for us when we're in St. Catherine's. It is a unique place, with very very good Italian food. The gnocchi dinner is unbelievable, how ow soft and light they are. Highly recommend
