We had a true five star dinner at the valley. Food and drinks were divine. The squid ink pasta had generous amounts of seafood, cooked just right, in a light and fragrant accompanying broth. Food feels homemade in a very good way. Our server did everything right and was warm and friendly, matching the warm and cozy atmosphere.
We've just moved to St Catherine's 7 months ago, and discovered this gem on our first night here. This is my favourite restaurant to bring friends who come to visit. I've been to The Valley 4 times already.. Everytime a delicious meal! Try the Lavender Mohito, it's one of my favourites. And there is always room for dessert and coffee of course. I highly recommended. 10 stars 🌟 from me.
This restaurant has stood the test of time. It opened in Port Weller where I lived as a young child in the 60’s, and it is still as special now as it was then. The food is fabulous and the only reason I didn’t give the food five stars is because they were out of the main and dessert both of which I was looking forward to.
