First time trying Volcano it was really good. Only stars cause it was overdone. Don’t order mozzarella sticks. They were dried out and the cheese was outside the stick. They tasted freezer burned. Pizza taste was 5/5. Even better cold the next day!!!

To start with their website menu is pretty much useless and there's no pricing shown for any size pizza and/or toppings. If you want to order online you have to do so through a food delivery service. There's no way I'm making an account with any of those bandits, even though it claims no service charge for pick-up.
I managed to find a phone number and placed my order. The order taker was helpful and polite taking the order. Had trouble finiding the place as the sign above their store was completely gone! Had to look in the windows of a few units to determine which one was the pizza place, lol. The whole Plaza there looked pretty rough by the way - seen much better days.
Pizza was ready on time. When the kid (maybe 20ish) rang it up the bill for a medium; 3-topping pizza was $23 & change! I almost fell over!! There's a sign in the window advertising 2-Medium Pizzas for $23 & change so I thought the kid had something mixed up? Nope! Good Lord! I can get a 24 slice party Pizza for less than that at several places in town.
The good news is the pizza was decent tasting, although very much lacking in toppings considering the exorbitant price and it was pretty greasy which I don't mind but I know some others would so beware!
Anyway; at those prices & the lacking toppings, I won't be going back.

Ordered a pizza from Skip, it was not exactly as ordered. Called the store and spoke with the Manager / Owner who went above and beyond to make things right - the next Pizza was perfect. Will order again as a result, great service.

Great food, great staff, great place. The owner is the kind of guy that would give you the shirt off his back if he could. There's options for everyone and the manager is well trained in ensuring your dietary restrictions are taken care of carefully. The for hire delivery people are rude and ignorant and act like they own the place. In house delivery guys are great and friendly. Sadly I ate the food before I thought to take a picture of it but my wings were fantastic, my pizza perfectly cooked, and my chicky strips were great.

The Carlton st Volcano is always a go to of mine for a carefully crafted gluten free pizza. I never worry about cross contamination as they take the upmost care in making pizzas for dietary restrictions. My pizzas are always a 10/10!

You guys left me a one star review as a delivery driver, so I decided to do the same. Just to let you know- the delivery bag is not a must, and you can't advise me whether I have to buy it or not, it's completely my decision. And it's not very smart decision from your side to give me bad rating as I delivered quick and the customer was happy. Be friendly not only to your customers but to delivery drivers as well. If you keep acting like this , no one will come to your place for a delivery.
