Eric catered my daughter’s wedding and the food was bar none the best I have ever had at a wedding . No small task with 160 people .

Aug. 2025 - What a wonderful little spot off the beaten path of St. Catharines. If I'm ever in need of a second husband, I'll be looking for one wearing a Wellington Court Chef's hat! Yummmmmm all around.

My husband,daughter and son in law and I dined at this restaurant last night. Three of us are vegan and one is vegetarian! What an amazing experience! The chef went out of his way to make us amazing appetizers + 1 main dish that were not on the menu! All dishes were vegan! Food was delicious! The chefs son was our waiter and he shared the history of Wellington house!! From the food to the service to the atmosphere we highly recommend this restaurant in the heart of St Catharines!!

Amazing service. Our server understood the entire menus’ ingredients and preparation. Atmosphere was a perfect quaint yet sophisticatedly high end experience. We came for Mothers Day and the ladies were treated as though they were royalty. We highly recommend the steak Tartare. Overall I had fun

Great little local restaurant which is hidden from public view but definitely worth dropping by and checking out, very attentive staff and the food was extremely healthy!

Had drinks, appetizers, and dinner for two - pricing was very good for 2025. Food and drinks were delicious and timely. Service was terrific. Will return again for date night!

Tucked away off the main drag in St. Catharines, Wellington Court is a cozy and inviting restaurant that truly delivers with exceptional food and attentive service. We had the pleasure of dining here yesterday for a birthday celebration, and it did not disappoint.

Our dinner began at 5 pm, as we had a clear time limit to make it to Cirque du Soleil at the Meridian Centre. The staff was not only attentive but also perfectly balanced in their approach—ensuring we never felt rushed, yet keeping everything on track so we made it to the show with time to spare.

The standout dishes for me were the wild mushroom soup, rich and full of flavor, and the steak my daughter ordered, which was grilled and seasoned to perfection. Our table also enjoyed two featured dishes: lasagna and lamb chops, both of which were beautifully executed. To end our meal on a sweet note, we ordered the carrot cake and a delightful pudding—every plate was wiped clean.

Wellington Court exceeded our expectations, making the evening truly special. We will definitely be back!

The service is attentive and the owners make you feel welcome every time we return.

The menu is short and the food is amazing and always unique. I prefer this to book menus with dozens of items.

Love the re-fresh! The beet salad was simply delicious, as was my short-rib risotto❤️

I was shocked with the poor service and quality of food during our visit on December 12. I have worked in fine dining for many years, and this experience was jaw droppingly terrible. Between the 4 plus hours it took for our 3 course meal and seeing the staff eat off of plated food in the kitchen through the door into the kitchen, and just the overall terrible customer service, I would never recommend going to Wellington Court. I had high expectations after they catered the KFCAC Gala, and was extremely disappointed in our visit this evening, as were the 30 plus patrons in our group. I will certainly never return.

We had an amazing fine dining experience at Wellington Court! The service was great, the local artwork on display was gorgeous and of course the food was really top notch! It was a perfect pre-theatre dinner! We will be back!
