Very disappointed, went through your drive thru, order was confirmed on the screen
We noticed after we left with our food we were missing some of our order that we paid for. We were too far to go back and wait in line again seeing that the dining room was already closed.
Not only did we pay for items that we did not receive but my husband left the attendant a tip
Again very disappointed

Maria that works the drive-through window during the day is absolutely top-notch. She goes above and beyond With her friendliness and efficiency. This is why I continue to choose this location because I look forward to the interaction. I hope management reads this comment and she receives the praise that she deserves

The staff at Wendy's are so incredibly kind! The Frosty's are delicious, and when I went recently there was a short wait for my order, and the manager ended up giving me my order for free because of the wait - I was having a rough week and their kindness is so appreciated 💜

I visited here yesterday to get dinner with my friend and received great customer service from the manager on-duty Latoya! She was very kind the whole time and helped me with my dietary restrictions (I have a nut allergy). Will be coming to this location again next time I am in St. Catharines!

P. S. Wendy’s give this girl a raise!

Big change in staff today took 15 min longer making 2 junior cheeseburger than the 18 $ order in front wasn't half my lunch in drove thru cause staff was busy talking

Every time I use the drive through at this location, they screw up my order.
Today.
I ordered a baconator and a bacon and cheese. Baked potato with extra cheese sauce on the side.
My burger was fine but I ended up with a Poutine Which I could not eat because all I could taste was salt. This is not the first time my drive's rewarder has been screwed up at this loccasion. They're batting about 66% bad. Which truly is a 100% bad at the drive through and 33% good if I go in.

This restaurant is not handicapped accessible. My daughter and I helped a gentlemen on a scooter to get in the doors he was having a hard time. And the girl that waited on Him set his food on a random table There was no accessible table for him to eat at. Very inconvenient for him.

If you’ve been to this Wendy’s location and have had the pleasure of being served by Mary, you’ll know. I’ve often picked this Wendy’s location over other food places only in the hopes of seeing her there. I’m not sure if she recognizes us every time, or she really is that friendly to every customer, but it makes my day every time. She’s always so kind and so eager to speak to us when we come in, taking the extra few seconds to make a real connection with us. If she sees this, Mary we love and appreciate you!! Thank you for always taking the time to ask how are days really are and giving us the biggest smile.
