The worst Wendy's in St. Catharines, first of all they charge $1.00 for senior drinks which other Wendy's charge Nothing !!! And then I order 4 pieces of french toast for$.4.75 they were so small a size of french fries. I would never go back to this location.???.

Tried the new strawberry white chocolate Frosty. White chocolate bits add a nice crunch but are only on top. Once they’re gone you’ve got pretty plain ice cream. I’ll stick with my favourite chocolate

I just got carry out for dinner here and I ordered a poutine with my food. I got about halfway through the poutine and found a long, dark hair melted into the cheese? I’m so disgusted, employees should at the very least be wearing hairnets! I’ll never be back to this location!

Came to this location to order and was not ready as i needed to be able to see the menu.order taker was not patient I mentioned I needed a second when I was ready I let her know and she very quickly cut me off and said I needed to wait. My son questioned this and I mentioned that she was most likely irritated that we were not ready. The lady decided to enter into my conversation I told her I was not going to argue with her and she refused me service. I could understand if I was yelling, swearing or being rude but I was none of the above. Not true customer service at all.
