The manager is beyond terrible! This is a BILLION DOLLAR company and they told me they got an “ error” on their debit terminal so I had to pay again. I looked up my bank account and the money came out , I showed the manager she said well wait 5-10 days for a refund if not come back.. she wouldn’t give us our lunch so we spend $57.00 on lunch and she didn’t care ONE bit!

When i went to wendy’s on lake street all i wanted was a cheese sauce and fries. i get my bag and the first thing i don’t see, is my cheese sauce. so i walk inside and get it. then i find that the cheese sauce is so small and lumpy, with no flavour. i am not impressed wendy’s on lake street 😠 go to the wendy’s on fourth ave they never disappoint!!

Ordered a Wednesday Frosty off the app but when we arrived they don't have them anymore. It really makes me wonder why they don't just make them unavailable on the app. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal but I had been really wanting the Wednesday Frosty and even substituted my drink for it in the combo.. I just asked my boyfriend if he wanted the frosty (that was substantially cheaper than the Wednesday one) thankfully the lady upgraded it a size because she knew us and because she was probably aware that there was a price difference. I'm just thoroughly disappointed. I didn't even want to eat the rest of the stuff I ordered.
