Tasty food rarely gets my order wrong. Friendly staff, clean restaurant although portions seem to be any smaller with the frosties which have a new type of lid that seals on them that's almost impossible got to kind of put your thumbs and try and pry it off in order to even get a bite.

Thieves! On 3 occasions, twice to myself and once to my sister they have stolen fries in the drive through.
Finally, today I was able to call them out and confront them today. They said they have no intentions however they were obvious eating chips in the window.
It’s a solid scam. They don’t give you a receipt, so when u try to ask for your complete order, they refuse. If I didn’t press and ask to speak with the manager I would have had an entire medium fry stolen from me.
In the photo u can see 2 takeout bags which proves I had to go back.
This place is probably fine, i am sure it’s just one manager or one staff member. But if you’re looking for a late night takeout place, A&W and McDonald’s are much better, safer options who don’t employ thieves.

This wendys is a joke. Ive worked at Wendys for 2 years of my life and they dont even know how to make a frosty cino. I asked for extra vanilla all the time and still nothing. May as well just go to tims at this point.

When I went the person working cash didn't know how to spell easy names (if you can't spell easy names than why were they hired), and in my hamburger I found a bone.
Horrible location. Avoid it if possible. I went today and the service was horrible. The restaurant was freezing. I dined in and couldn’t enjoy my meal because of how cold it was. My fries were also cold. Which is odd considering it was so “busy” it took 5 minutes to even place my order. Will not be returning any time soon

This is my go-to place for breakfast every morning I find myself on Lake street. I am into the Breakfast Biggie for which I wish it was a "biggie" on especially fries and bacon......... all said, I recommend the quality of food and service. Did I mention that I also love the piped music they play. Try this place, you won't be disappointed.

So I've had to come back and change this review. I've had numerous terrible experiences with this single Wendy's establishment, so much so I'd rather drive across town to get something, with this Wendy's being right in my backyard.
Here are a couple experiences I've had; 1. I've waited at the counter after having walked in for about 10 minutes with no one acknowledging me and multiple times I made eye contact with people. So I left and walked to A&w down the street.
2. Another experience went in. It seemed like it was more of a hangout for the employees than it was actual work. I guess I'm not saying that talking is bad but it literally just sounded like a hangout and the customers were secondary to that. There were people waiting behind me and I was sitting there waiting for similar amount of time for someone to acknowledge me.
3. Decide to go through drive-thru this time because it seemed like walking in was probably the worst option. I get to the drive thru, there's no one else there, just me and my girlfriend in the car we order two dave single combos. Wait about 3 to 4 minutes, I get my order as I'm about to drive off. I noticed that the bag is kind of light. I pull over go inside. There's no burgers in my bag. They gave me the fries and no burgers, this wouldn't be such an issue if it wasn't the first time that this happened at this location.
Anyway, here are some warnings. If anyone decides to read these, just avoid this location or just be ready to check your order every single time.
Parking: There's a decent number of spots as well as spots next door in a plaza that also has other amenities
Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair parking near the entrance, which is also wheelchair accessible.
